Jersey Mike's Subs

Great service tonight. Two guys were working tonight and had an overwhelming amount of orders. They were working their butts off for the entire time we were there. Both of them did an INCREDIBLE job! Thank you to both guys tonight!

This location doesn't have consistent service, this specific store seems to have a high employee turnover rate. I found what looked like a long dog hair in my sub. I don't own a dog and haven't been around any so that's kinda gross.

First, Sandwich prepper that was making my sandwich had a long beard and was Not wearing a beard mask, which is required while prepping food.

Un polite employees, And very little selection to put on your sandwich or if they have it at noon offered if you want it.

Employee asked if I wanted my sandwich toasted I said yes, but the sandwich was never toasted. On top of that, they asked for a tip on a to go sandwich shop.

Have never been disappointed with this location - until today 7th Ave and Osborn. What happened? Five employees, not busy, and looking like they really did not know what they are doing. Ordered a giant Hot Italian on Rosemary and even though there were no orders up, and no line, had to wait 15 minutes. Then I watched the young man make the order and he left 1/4 of the sandwich bare. He called my name and I asked him if he cut the sandwich in quarters (which is always done without my asking) and he said ‘do you want me to cut it up for you?’ Then I shared with him that at least 1/4 of the sandwich had nothing on it. He opened the sandwich and went to spreading out the ingredients - which as a side note was only turkey, tomato, onions and lettuce - not a Hot Italian. I said ‘never mind.’ And left. So disappointed. Now I will have to try alternative Jersey Mike locations 🤞

It truly means a lot to our family to know my grandfather was treated with such respect and genuine care. He wanted me to write this review for a Miss Rachel/Rochelle for prompt assistance opening the door upon arrival and when he left. He’s 80yrs hand totes an oxygen tank around. And also the amazing sandwich she recommended!!!!!

Take a look at this pic and fire whoever these idiots are! My gf went there for 2 lousy sandwiches. She tipped them after paying but when she got the order, she noticed they made the completely wrong sandwich of mine. Then they took approx 15 mins to make the correct one while she stood there with her sandwich getting cold. No apologies or effort to prioritize her sandwich correction. They are lucky I wasn’t there! I would have made my dissatisfaction known!

I usually frequent this jersey mikes but I was very disappointed when I opened my order and found that they had messed it up and gave me white bread instead of wheat and on top of that they drenched the sandwich in mayo and barely put any lettuce on it…. I couldn’t even eat it and have to throw it away.. and because I did a pick up order from door dash I didn’t get my refund. Just annoying especially when they closed after I got home.

The staff are always super friendly. Even during busy times they are efficient and friendly.

Jersey Mike's makes the best subs and I would know because im a sub guy. Best juice, bread is great and the sub options are better than the other guys.

I stop by this Jersey Mike’s almost every week, and it’s always a great experience! The sandwiches are consistent and the team is always friendly and welcoming. Today I met an employee named Angel who was especially kind and made the visit even better. It’s nice knowing I can count on this location every time. Best Italian sub in the area!

I love this place. Out of the three most ubiquitous sub shops (other two are jimmy John’s and subway), the food here is the best. Bread is always fresher and the sandwich is bigger than the other two.

This is my favorite Jersey Mikes location. Always have excellent service. Definitely recommended.
