Guy dropped my whole sandwich on the floor because it fell out of the bag and still gave it to me the meat was dry and messed up ringing it out I felt bad because I think it was his first day on the job

Avoid if you like your chicken more than partially cooked, got halfway through my sub and got to a weird taste. Opened it up and saw raw chicken.

Whomever was working today around 12:30 either can't read or chose not to. The only thing right about our online order was the number of sandwiches. The size was wrong, the items on the subs was wrong. Just pure laziness!

Don’t bother ordering delivery there they’ll never get it right so if you get lazy and you want delivery and you’re tired for working all day, you’re not gonna get the correct order. They’re not gonna bring all your stuff that you paid for so just go somewhere else.

I used the app to make an online order; I’ve always used it to order from the 59th ave and 101 store with no issues. This time I tried this location and I should’ve paid attention to the reviews regarding the online ordering.

I ordered #9 Mike’s way and noted in the special instructions “ Extra Mike’s Way”; when I got home the sandwiches where very dry nearly any sauce or anything in them; the meat portion was good but again very dry sub. When I went there it was about 11:00 AM only 3 customers so not sure if the stuff just missed my request and additionally I had to remind them that I ordered a fountain drink as well. I won’t risk coming back to this location and will stick the one on 59th ave; that one never disappointed me!

Why would the store not close early if you run out of bread? Absolutely ridiculous

Went here last Saturday before a movie. I'm not sure why this place is rated so low but I got got GREAT service with plenty of time to spare. Service was quick and efficient. Place was clean and the staff was staying busy the entire time we were inside.

This used to be the only decent remaining sandwich chain. But greed and private equity ruin everything. I will no longer spend a cent at Jersey Mike's in protest of the higher prices and declining quality. You made a very bad decision, and actions have consequences

I see that this location has a low ratings. But our great experiences have been as walk-ins, mostly with the late afternoon-evening teams. They have always been helpful and accommodating! The food always top notch! One of our favorite locations!

Food is great. Staff is friendly. But you must go into the shop and order. For some reason, ordering online or via the app causes so many mistakes to be made. 75% of my app orders are wrong. I always get the same thing but for some reason, I always get my order messed up. To the point, if I order via the app, I have to check everything before leaving and know I will have to go back into the store for them to fix something.

Worst location in the valley due to staffing levels. One online order has you waiting in line for 20 or more minutes. Not worth it.
