I absolutely love Jersey mikes so it’s really disheartening when I have to make a personal decision to not return or to even go as far as writing a review as I can move past minor issues. However, this is the 2nd time the same person has made me feel horrible during my visit. I don’t know his name because his name tag is obviously hidden but he is the same person who is cutting the meat and taking the orders when guest come in! I’m not gonna go in too deep because I already put in a formal complaint but I will not be back until things change!!! I’m so disappointed and so mad I even spent my $20…

The employees here are amazing, food is great, but they are always horrendously understaffed!!!! The employees working weekends or in the evening need a raise. Don't go close to lunch or dinner rush because it will be only 2 employees desperately trying to keep up. I wish management cared enough about customer service to staff more people during weekends and rushes!!!! Please staff MORE PEOPLE!!!!

Only recently started eating here, and the food never disappoints. It's usually prepped before the pickup time, but recently, I had to wait a bit longer. The staff gave me some free promo codes to make up for it. I wasn't even upset, but stuff like this ensures I'll continue to eat here weekly.

It’s so frustrating spending $20 on a regular and kids sandwhich only to have the bread be so stale. The whole point of going to a sandwich joint is so that I could get a great quality sandwich. The bread was so stale and dry I couldn’t eat it. The workers should feel and realize that, and make it a priority to serve better quality food. This was disappointing.
So I have never been to a Jersey Mikes before figured I would give it a try, big mistake. There were a bunch of kids screaming and ran into me with a luggage. No greeting at all, and when I tried to order they were out of the meat needed for the sandwich I wanted. First and last time I will ever come here.
