The customer service is professional. The cashier made sure I got exactly what I wanted despite my lack of good communication. She did awesome clarifying and explaining things to me! She even taught me how to better order the sandwich I asked for ? The food was absolutely delicious and the employees clean constantly! I definitely recommend!

My first time ever to a Jersey Mikes and it was great. Def beat the socks off the other sandwich places I am used to. The staff was helpful with our choice selection and offering information that seems to only be for those that frequent these locations. It made it a great experience and I'll be sure to try another sandwich there again in the future.

I’ll tell you right now NEVER EVER order from this place. This “ establishment” took over an hour to simply make one sandwich ordered sandwich online at 12:30. Didn’t get to pick up the sandwich until 125 sandwich came out disgusting ruined, smash and destroyed the extra cheese also missing my bacon the attitude on the employees inside is horrendous they act like they don’t care who you are. never trust the order online process of it being fast just to pick it up. Don’t ever Uber or order something from here cause it’s gonna have a slow pick up
Ryan was super helpful and warm while getting my sandwich together. His attitude is definitely above and beyond and appreciated. Ordered a giant tuna sub, and it turned out great.
