Today's preparation was out of the ordinary as I go to this shop 2-3 times a week. The oil was everywhere! Not even paper towels could sop it all up. Then on top of that -- like tripple mayo. A gooey and gross mess. You can customize at Jersey Mike's so no oil and no red vinegar, mayo on the side for now on. Otherwise, you risk getting something not edible.

I tried to order a Cheese Steak, but the lazy workers closed up early and turned off the grill before 9:00 p.m. so they refused to make my order.
Never been here before but I'm glad that I stop by. Paid a visit last Wednesday and I will say that I was impressed with service provided by the staff members. Friendly staff as I asked what they recommend. They kept up the pace with the busy lunch hour rush. The sandwich I chose was great with all the favors combined! A bit on the pricey side but I can see myself coming here again. Over great first time experience!

I walked into a completely empty store so clearly they weren’t busy. I was rushed ordering my food and it wasn’t even made correctly. I told her it wasn’t made correctly and she shrugged her shoulders. I paid for a meal with chips and a drink. The transaction processed and the cashier just walks away and doesn’t even hand me a cup for my drink. You have the easiest job and yet you can’t even perform it without looking miserable. This person needs to be reeducated on customer service. I can’t imagine she will go far in life without it. I definitely won’t return to this location and it’s a shame since it’s so close to where I live.

Order online for pickup. I arrived at my pickup time. No sandwich ready. After they made 12 in store orders and 20 minutes later my sandwich was ready. Not good to waste customers time, especially on a short lunch break. And they didnt make it as ordered. ?Service was horrible today.

There's one employee there that really seems to be working The rest are either brand new or just aren't motivating. One employee did everything cooking, making sandwiches, helping direct stuff,... Didn't get his name, but tall guy, glasses.Sandwiches were amazing.
