I wasnt greeted and I stood there for over 3 minutes. Watching who people make food and the guy at the Register was barely helping the girl and not only was he wearing gloves th entire time he was touching the register, his glasses and food and other surfaces....He never bothered to change his gloves in the short time i was there and not acknowledged.

Normally this Jimmy John’s is pretty good, the employees are all young and monotone and look like they hate their lives because they have to work, the inside is clean and desirable looking, but the last time I was there the two young women put 2 slices of meat on my sandwich with a sprinkle of lettuce and a spoonful of mayo

My first time here. So fresh so immaculate. Amazing soft fresh bread and topping. Mmmm. Before today I thought they only did breakfast. Excellent all the way across. Very impressive. Definitely never going to a subway ever again.

Really bummed they changed the blend of their oil and vinegar now it’s served cold???? It’s disgusting. Is like oil jello for your sandwich. I’ve never seen anything like it. They had such delicious oil and vinegar previously. This is across all locations. I’ve been to 3 now with this new crap lost a customer

Went to this location for the first time today- Absolutely amazing fast service and the Tom Turkey Combo was a terrific deal and tasted fresh ! I ate every single piece- Try them out 👍

Had a sandwich delivered via Uber eats. In the comments, I wrote to please send a side cup of vinegar and oil. I do not eat sub sandwiches without vinegar and oil from wherever I go. There wasn’t any on the sandwich nor on the side. If you’re going to offer food on a delivery app, at least read what your guests are wanting in their order. This was a $20 delivered sandwhich I’m not interested in eating.

For God’s sake turn the music down in the lobby. Horrendous. Take note of the extra charge for cheese (a what used to be standard on any sub)
