This restraunt has terrible service. If they have a big order, everyone works on the order and screw the people that walk in. I haven't been here in a while and thought I'd try the new hot subs. Never again. Been waiting 20 minutes for their so called freaky fast sub. I can't rate the food because I still have not gotten it. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Worse walk in fast food place I have ever been. They have not even started the orders of people that pre-ordered on their app.40 minutes is their idea of freaky fast. No thank you. I'll continue to go to Potbelly.

After many years of ordering from this location for my work events, my TWO HOUR WAIT for a catering order deserves this scathing review. I placed an order the day before for 3 half sandwich boxes and a separate sandwich, for a total of over $200 including tip. I made sure to choose an early delivery time to avoid my food being too late for my event. I placed the order to arrive at 11:15, with my event starting at 12:15. After waiting for delivery until almost noon, i called the store where i was told they were running behind and my food was being finished up and they would head out soon. So i waited in the lobby for the food to arrive. By 12:25 there was no sign of anyone so i called again, and this time a different person picked up and i was informed my order was just sitting there and it could not be delivered because they had a lot of online orders, a long line, and only 3 people on staff. They asked me if i would just like a refund. I did not, as i had a group of people waiting for the food that i had prepaid for and confirmed. The person puts me on hold and never takes me off. At this point, i am making repeated calls to the store with no answer. My boss then begins to make calls to the store, where she is told they are waiting for a third party to make the delivery and only when we threaten to come pick up the delivery, she is then put on hold where no one is to respond again. We again proceed to make a dozen calls to the restaurant between the two of us, with them just flat out ignoring our calls. As we are head to her car to drive to the store, finally, my boss gets through to the manager where he insists he will personally deliver the food and give us a refund. After another 20 minutes, he finally shows up on a bicycle, offering no apology or humility about the last TWO HOURS of events, including the behavior of his staff. My job is a mile from the restaurant, and we have ordered from there before so there was simply no excuse on ways to prevent such a massive delay like this. Finally, at 1pm, after my event had wrapped up, was I able to feed my guests. Absolutely UNACCEPTABLE from any business. Please, look elsewhere for your catering needs, AND STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS RESTAURANT!

It says they close at 3pm, but walked there and was closed at 2:30pm . Update your hours
I work close to this Jimmy John’s and the food is usually pretty good but the wait time is ridiculous some days. I like to do online orders cuz I only have a 30 minute lunch break. There are several times I have done online orders but have had to wait like 10-15 mins after my pickup time for my food to be ready. Which is a major bummer since my lunch break is only 30 mins. I understand that this Jimmy John’s location is short staffed but the management needs to come up with a better system when it comes to online orders. Some of the employees have even been rude to me when I asked how long it will take since I am on my lunch break and have limited time. This Jimmy John’s location also needs a better system when it comes to customers picking up online orders. There have been several times I have waited at the Pre-Order Pickup window inside the store and it takes an employee sometimes 5-10 mins to even acknowledge that I am even there when my food is ready. It can be really frustrating when I can see my order ready behind the pickup counter and I can’t even get it since I am waiting for an employee. I know it can be tough for a busy when they are short staffed but bad customer service and long wait times shouldn’t be something that continues to happen for months. My online order for today was supposed to be ready at 11:30 am and wasn’t handed over to me until 11:47 am. I shouldn’t have to wait an extra 17 mins for my order. I also never got an apology from the Jimmy John’s employee. Would have been nice to hear “so sorry for the long wait and we appreciate your business”. I am not even saying they have to offer me a free menu item for the long wait but this place does not know how to run an efficient business. I love Jimmy John’s sandwiches but after today I will no longer be coming to this location.

Waited 5 minutes to order because an employee was making her order on the register. Ok I'll wait. 5 employees there and we are the only customers, it took over ten minutes to make two turkey toms.

By far the rudest Jimmy Johns I've ever dealt with and I travel state to state and have had amazing service.They just didn't seem like they wanted to get off their butt and do anything, and they were extremely rude on the phone.

Not even sure how this place is still open. As someone who works downtown this place is a waste to even try to go to walking in the heat. They are either closed 3 hours early or out of bread. Same ole song and dance.
Worst location. Terrible service. Waited over 10minutes then were told that we had to leave because they are leaving on a delivery. There were 3 others in line as well

My 2 big problems with this place and it maybe Jimmy John's fault. 1. They make you as a patron wait behind online orders and the waits are ridiculous. This has happened to me twice I have been coming in for a couple months to this location. I get in when they open at 11 or 11:12 or when ever LOL but the first time they told me it would be 20 minutes for a sandwich because they have to do all the online orders first so I left. The other day it was 45 minutes. I get 30 minutes for work and I just can't understand why an in store customer doesn't take priority over online orders or why they don't have 2 seperate lines one for actual customers and another for online orders. 2. The bathroom has been out of order since I have been coming a couple of months but the employees use it so I asked If I could wash my hands because I do construction and they told me no. So basically the subs are FREAKY SLOW and the restroom is just off limits for what ever reason. This place really should just close shop and do only online orders and don't allow customers to patron the place. Do better Jimmy John please send a corporate rep to check this place out it's a bummer when this place is run this way.

Not so freaky fast..
I’m sure my experience would not reflects everyone’s. But I put in an order for it not to be completed due to no bread. Oh okay, but they also have wraps. No alternatives were offered. Order was just fake canceled and they “closed early” although I still went by and the workers were in there. Thought Jimmy John’s was better than this. Whelp.
