Okay the delivery for this location is not perfect. I don’t appreciate not receiving emails or texts saying that my delivery is on the way or is delayed or anything. I would appreciate it if you would improve this because I have been waiting for a delivery and it hasn’t come at the time I requested.
Matt helped out with a difficult delivery situation which in most cases would be a headache, but he was able to professional straighten it out for me. I appreciate his excellent customer service and professionalism. Thank you Matt!
The staff here are hilarious! They smile and are always polite. I tell them a new Dad joke each visit! Food is just the best-that's why I don't go to those "other" wannabe sub places!
