The sandwiches are amazing, and the employee making the sandwhiches was moving as fast as he could. However, we were disappointed with how the back of the line looked. You have customers going in to get a meal. The first thing customers look at is all the trash and boxes on the floor around the area where sandwhiches are being made. This is something you dont want your guests to see. especially since the back of the line is open for everyone to see. The place is dark, so it doesn't feel inviting in our opinion to sit and eat in. The table was dirty that we sat in while waiting and they only had 1 staff working in the store. The place was a bit disheveled, and it didn't feel clean.

I don’t know how this guy is so fast at making sandwiches… it is insane that I actually thought this was standard, but then I went to a JJ’s in Dessert Ridge I had to wait for 5min for my sandwich which is 20x longer than this place. It is not out of the ordinary to order and then have your sandwich handed to you

This is the closest Jimmy John's to us and the one we visit the most. In the past, they have been great with pick up and delivery orders. Fast and accurate.
Something has changed recently and the accuracy of the orders has dropped significantly. The past 5 orders I've placed here - 2 deliveries, 2 pick ups, and 1 in person - have all had significant errors either in toppings missing or toppings added. I may have to start going to a different location or over to Jersey Mike's in the same parking lot.
Edit: was given a credit for next time I order when I went back in to get a correct sandwich, which is nice. I will give this location another chance or two to see if anything improves.

I’ve been to this JJ’s Many times. Today when I walked in, I ordered the new Chicken wrap it was horrible when I brought it home and I live five minutes from there I pulled it out. Everything was covered in oil. It’s not edible. But the bigger issue was The staff that was left there by themselves to take the orders Was a disaster situation He had Around 15 pairs of disposable gloves thrown on the floor, where he works around the food. The food counter was an absolute disaster. There was you couldn’t see the counter. There was all kind of paper It was a mess. You won’t keep employees management if you don’t staff your Business correctly And if you can’t get them staffed, you do the work along with them. I’m not mad about this sandwich I’m just upset that you would put an employee in a situation where they are frustrated and they can’t organize their work because they’re overwhelmed. It was a health hazard I couldn’t eat your sandwich and it wasn’t his fault He was rushing around, trying to do everything taking orders online orders Managers get your act together. Hire Enough to do the job. I will never go back There are too many JJ’s That will take my order Get it done and it’s correct and it’s edible.

I had a giant Italian and it had more vegetables than meat the bread was cold and old. First time trying jimmy johns i usually go to Jersey Mikes i was still hungry after eating this sandwich no cheese on it and tiny bit of tomatoes and a ton of lettuce. If this isn't normal you should get a hold of me owner. So they had me contact them on a different site and basically said too bad go away. Wow

I don't know her name but she an older lady with blond hair. She also I think has a jimmy johns tattoo on her wrist lol. She's always super nice and great customer service. Even if she's is the only one in the building preparing sandwiches durring a dinnertime rush she still has a smile on her face. She make when I come off work bone tired a little happy. She also always prepare my sandwichs exactly how I want it and in a timely manner. Only thing I would say is negative is the lack of staff to help this amazing woman.

12/9/23 1400hrs $14.91, ordered #2 Big John Roast Beef and Dill flavored chips. I will say it was very disappointed with the amount of roast beef they put in the sandwich. I mostly tasted tomatoes and the bread. Not too happy with my selection. Next time I’ll request extra beef.
