The friendliest staff I’ve seen so far at a fast food joint. My boyfriend loves the jimmy peppers and the kind gentleman at the register told us that you can actually buy a whole jar of them for $17 plus tax which we did not know you could do. Both staff members were kind and kept up a conversation while making our food. 10/10 experience!

I just came in for a loaf of bread to make pizza sandwiches at home - the bread makes amazing garlic bread! The women at the counter were so kind and they brought me joy tonight. Put a big smile on my face.

Owners seem to refuse hiring drivers and push it two 3rd party which won’t accept cash; cash for delivery is seeming to no longer be an option for future reference until franchises hire drivers

The sandwiches are amazing, and the employee making the sandwhiches was moving as fast as he could. However, we were disappointed with how the back of the line looked. You have customers going in to get a meal. The first thing customers look at is all the trash and boxes on the floor around the area where sandwhiches are being made. This is something you dont want your guests to see. especially since the back of the line is open for everyone to see. The place is dark, so it doesn't feel inviting in our opinion to sit and eat in. The table was dirty that we sat in while waiting and they only had 1 staff working in the store. The place was a bit disheveled, and it didn't feel clean.

I don’t know how this guy is so fast at making sandwiches… it is insane that I actually thought this was standard, but then I went to a JJ’s in Dessert Ridge I had to wait for 5min for my sandwich which is 20x longer than this place. It is not out of the ordinary to order and then have your sandwich handed to you

This is the closest Jimmy John's to us and the one we visit the most. In the past, they have been great with pick up and delivery orders. Fast and accurate.
Something has changed recently and the accuracy of the orders has dropped significantly. The past 5 orders I've placed here - 2 deliveries, 2 pick ups, and 1 in person - have all had significant errors either in toppings missing or toppings added. I may have to start going to a different location or over to Jersey Mike's in the same parking lot.
Edit: was given a credit for next time I order when I went back in to get a correct sandwich, which is nice. I will give this location another chance or two to see if anything improves.
