We order this place on DoorDash. It was my BF app. His deli sandwich looked amazing. My Philly cheesesteak was extremely disappointing, 90% bread and 5/5 steak/ mushroom. I won’t be ordering from here ever again.

Sorry excuse for a sandwich. Got a giant beach club there were 4 cucumbers 6 slices of turkey 5 slices of provolone and a weak amount of avocado spread along with mayo. Kind of wild all that for almost 20 bucks.

I found not one, not two, but three hairs in my sandwich. At first I thought maybe it was me shedding since I have long hair but it was in a braid today. But yeah definitely not my hair.
They offered to remake it...and when I declined they did refund, though it took quite awhile to get an employee back up to the front counter to get the refund.
Listening to some metal rock station was an odd vibe as well for dinner. We wont be back.

The food was great, and the employee was super kind!!! We came 30 minutes before closing time and we weren't rushed. The price is decent, would recommend!! ^^

Antonio made our food so delicious, and the store was spotless. He was so kind and made our visit so comfortable. The ambiance was nice for dining in without any disturbance. All the instructions were followed, I ordered a toasted chicken & bacon ranch with no bacon, but I was worried they might miss that as I had a previous experience. He made it so perfectly. I had a bad experience with jimmy john's twice in chicago, but I gave it a try again today, and to my suprise, I had a very good experience. I'll be going again for good food.

Antonio changed my opinion on Jimmy Johns! The place is very clean and pleasant. He followed all the instructions and made the sub very neat and generously. The ingredients were also very fresh and crispy. I'll definitely come back more, and switch up from the subway.

However tonight's service and overall sami everything was top tier. So thank you for everything, our sandwiches were delicious and fresh and so made with love.
