Still waiting for my refund over a week later. Apparently, they were so slammed they disregarded my specific request for no third-party delivery drivers. Period. They are always strange and always get lost. The in-house delivery people always get it right. Not only did they send a third party they forgot my drink to boot. I am almost tempted to think they did this on purpose to discourage my patronage. Well, no problem. Patronage of this store is no more.
It's very sad how all of these establishments are selling out for third party delivery drivers.

This was my first time visiting, and unfortunately it was a terrible experience. The cashier, Emily, was extremely rude and condescending from the moment I approached the counter. I was unfamiliar with the menu and when I hesitated for a second, she spoke to me in a way that implied I was unintelligent. When I asked for help, she was dismissive and offered no real guidance.
I was also the only Hispanic customer in the building at the time, and I watched her treat non-Hispanic customers with noticeably more patience, respect, and basic courtesy—the complete opposite of how she treated me. It made me feel singled out and discriminated against.
To make things worse, she handed me my order without bagging anything, even though I had multiple sandwiches and drinks to carry. I had to walk out struggling with everything in my hands.
Overall, the experience was disrespectful, unprofessional, and made me feel completely unwelcome. I hope management addresses this behavior, because no customer should be treated this way.

such a wonderful place. the atmosphere is always great, customer service is always exceptional, especially from the manager (he is so kind and helpful), and the food is always delicious! definitely my favorite place to go eat

Not gonna bother even eating here told it's going to be a long wait because of a catering order there are only two people waiting and mines a single cold sub they couldn't even start it until they finished the order for someone who is not here they said me and this other guy just get to stand here and wait. At least there is a jersey mikes around the corner.

They didn’t add my extra lettuce, they didn’t cut my sandwich in half, they didn’t add my phone number after I said I was a rewards member. Missed out on my $4 sandwich.
This place has been in steady decline for a while now. If you are really desperate for JJ’s just go to the one in North Scottsdale.

How does a sandwich place run out of turkey and ham? Seriously! This location just called to tell me, AFTER $34 exited my bank account, they are out of Turkey and Ham. Really? How does that happen at a sandwich shop?

My Lord, there's nothing quite like opening up a sandwich that was delivered to you to find this. There's like a slice of turkey and a half and like two pieces of cheese. What a pathetic looking sandwich. I $14 for this pathetic sandwich. You know it's bad when you unwrap the paper and only see bread because the employees were to LAZY to add an appropriate amount of meat inside.
