Got the Toasted Ultimate Italian Sandwich. The person working there was super friendly and got my food out quickly. One of my favorite Sub places to go.

I buy and pick up Jimmy John's more often than I'd like to admit and this location is closest to my house. More often than not, my order has a discrepancy which I don't find out until I get home and the employees act like they hate their jobs when interacting with them. $35 for two sandwich meals isn't cheap so the least you could do is make it correctly. You'd think a sub would be pretty easy to make considering a ticket gets printed from the online order with the exact ingredients requested. I wish on the app you could ask for sauce on the side because it's inconsistent. Sometimes it's not enough and sometimes it's too much depending on who is making it. Sharing my concerns but I doubt there's going to be any resolution seeing as you have a ton of one star reviews. It's time for me to give up on this place and go to Jersey Mike's next time.

Love the food, hate that I am expected to tip at a fast food restaurant. Would prefer that is taken off the options! Or pay your staff a service based wage and do not expect your customers to tip on a 20.00 dollar sandwich that there is no service provided.

Called in an order was told 25 minutes, got there at 35 minutes and found out they hadn't even started the order of 16 sandwiches and chips. 1 hour and 20 minutes still no sandwiches.

Great fast just got freaking ignored walked in for literally just a day old bread. Waited for 5 minutes for then to finished their sandwiches for them to pull online new incoming tickets that came in after me. Thank for wasting my time

A mistake here or there is understandable. A mistake or two every time and having wake the people from their cell phone staring haze to pick up your food (after tipping ahead), that’s just too much.
Another chain I have to stop ordering from. Another business who thinks we should not only pay, but tip for poor quality. Maybe if you paid your staff a bit more, you might be able find help that actually merits a tip.
Kind of a blessing in disguise, I suppose. As food service progresses down the road of suckdom, we find ourselves eating more and more at home (cleaner and less expensive).

Tells you everything you need to know about the organization. Let's make sure we blame the franchisee, and also, we can't be bothered to send a heads-up to them to look at this - better if our customer takes more time.

Scarce sandwich. A lot of bread but toppings keeps getting less and less. This is just sad and not even worth it anymore. My avocado spread alone shows the lack of. I came to this location because the other nearest location was doing the same thing... Jersey Mike's for the win

Ordered delivery for a #12 which is supposed to have turkey. Sandwich was made with no turkey meat and just cheese and cucumbers. Tried to call store multiple times with no answer.

The music was too loud. Only one person working but he hustled BUT made our two sandwiches with NO meat. That's fine, we make mistakes and he was quick to fix them. But, he made both sandwiches the same and they were not the same. My husband and I both have jobs in customer service so we are not quick to get mad about things. But, maybe have another person on duty and turn the music down. The sandwiches were delicious and the worker did the best he could given it was busy and he was alone.
I really wanted a sandwich. Unfortunately due to staffing issues they only had one employee working and it was going to be an hour plus wait.

We had a large order serving 200.4 / 30 pc party box #4 Turkey3 / 30 pc party box #9 ItalianWith special instructions and requested sides. We ordered in person 5 days prior and confirmed the order the day before. Pick up was on Sunday morning at opening. The staff was great - Brian, Legina and Lacy. Lacy went above and beyond helping me with ideas to make all go smoothly; she was Amazing! We highly recommend this location.
