We had a large order serving 200.4 / 30 pc party box #4 Turkey3 / 30 pc party box #9 ItalianWith special instructions and requested sides. We ordered in person 5 days prior and confirmed the order the day before. Pick up was on Sunday morning at opening. The staff was great - Brian, Legina and Lacy. Lacy went above and beyond helping me with ideas to make all go smoothly; she was Amazing! We highly recommend this location.

Avoid this location unless you see them making the sandwich.Discovered sandwich made incorrectly and called store. I was told I would have to go i into store and I could get a $5 credit. Once I got back to store I was told by the person taking and making the order that she made it correct and I was wrong. I apparently ordered extra tomato when I’m allergic to tomatoes! If she was not horsing around, dancing at the register when taking the order, and then telling jokes to the team while making the sandwiches I would have had the correct order. Instead she chose to be combative.We opened up the sandwich while I’m at the register and inspected it, where again I was told that I was incorrect. Awesome customer service, I hope in the end others will see the ridiculous of how this was handled and take their business elsewhere.Never order delivery here. They can’t make the order correct when your in the store, god knows what they do for delivery

Incorrect orders, rude staff. Walked into an empty store and ordered sandwiches for family. Got home and discovered sandwich made incorrectly and called store. Freaky fast delivery? Delivery being the key word. Call at 8 and get the “sorry we’re not doing delivery tonight”. I highly doubt that, your constantly lazy coworkers don’t want to deliver an hour before closing. I’m stuck in bed on my birthday, thanks for helping guys!

I like Jimmy Johns, it is a good place, I did work for one and I normally came back to this specific place because the ppl were good but my last visit not so great. I chose to go to this one because it was the closest at the time and I was out running errands and I saw a former coworker. She ignored me and I left it. Her boyfriend and my brother are friends but I never said or did anything. I was just there for a sandwich. I greeted everyone equally and ordered. Sat down and waited and left. Nothing else. When I got home my brother had told me that her and her boyfriend had messaged him asking me not to come around her work like that again and gave him other locations I could go to. I was basically told to never come around again which is messed up. I just wanted to grab food while out on errands and the next location was 5-7 miles away and I was hungry. Now I know not to go back there considering I am not welcomed.

I ordered a number 9 and I was still hungry after I was done eating and I spent $13.00 on a sub a a drink send that same amount of money at Firehouse subs and get a sub at ten times

Took an hour and a half to deliver a single sandwich. Called the store and was told “all I can tell you is it’s on its way.” No update when it left, when it would arrive, nothing. By the time it finally arrived it was soggy. I get it, places are short staffed right now. They need to limit their deliveries instead of taking my money instead and providing a bad product.Since they don’t value my time or money I’ll no longer value their business. I won’t eat here again.

Nice guy at the register and a good #6 on fresh baked bread. The veggie sandwich is good, it a fan of the lower quality meats here. They have combos now for $12, but I stuck with the $7.99 sandwich.

PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATIONHorrible costumer service, the guy that was there a white male with mustache didn’t even acknowledge us he just stared at us and proceed to talk to someone that he was already talking to, we literally had to tell them if we could please order and he made us wait and he wasn’t literally doing anything besides talking and then When we approached him again he gave us attitude, so we just decided to leave , I don’t understand why people have to be so rude , if you don’t like your job just quit , he was super rude and he just made us feel like we were bothering , we will not be going back to this location

Young lady didn't know the app. Really? Also said my roast beef -John sandwich couldn't be heated? What? Use to be. Haven't eaten here in several years...use to be awesome! $$$$ tooSandwich was good...there's actual roast beef and chips-B-Q is good.
