Guy with the long hair was so rude after they messed up my order!! Rolling his eyes, and being extremely dismissive.

Someone in corporate needs to get fire they have the weirdest rules about there sandwiches

Not only do the employees go out of the way to make you feel like an inconvenience for coming in but then they give you 3 whole pieces of turkey. And try to give it to the wrong customer. Maybe drug test the employees and check what their issue is with customers

Fast friendly service with great sandwiches. Exactly how it should be

This locations always makes mistakes never gets out order right, I just put in an online order and took almost 30 min waiting while people walking up and ordering and getting their sandwiches before ours, just always a bad experience at this location, mismanaged.

The man taking our order was very rude. Huffing and puffing and didn’t give our drink cups. When we asked he rudely said you didn’t get that. Checked receipt and we did, he should have said sorry here ya go. The man young boy making the food was nice. Would have passed who wants to deal with a rude grump. And he got the order sandwich’s wrong with several things.

Placed an order for pickup and I get all the way to work and see this. I didn’t order mustard. I called the location. They didn’t answer BUT the young lady gave me a call back. Argued with me that this isn’t mustard she made my sandwich. I asked her what yellow sauce would be on the sandwich? She stated she doesn’t know. I’m at work so I couldn’t go back but how rude. Even inside the bag is yellow.

The Jimmy John’s experience was typical. However, the tables were dirty. There wasn’t a lot of people in there so they really just need to prioritize their time management and tasks. In a post covid world it is so important to be hygienic especially in a food space

Went into this location on a Sunday at 12:30 (lunch time). They told me they could not make any sandwich for my daughter and I because they were working on online orders. He said I could d come back later in 20 minutes, but would not help me at this time. Please staff better!

This place is amazing! I love Jimmy Johns as a whole and I particularly impressed with the team at this location. They really make it an awesome experience! ?

This location sucks. They aren't anywhere near "Freaky Fast" Not only do they take forever to get your order, it's always fubar. I've even contacted the company and they don't get back to me wich just confirms whoever the franchise owner doesn't care one bit.

Unfortunately, this particular store has terrible. Mond you I love Jimmy John's! But this store appeared to use day old bread on all 3 of our sandwiches. All sandwiches were missing one item or another. I go the Vito. It was hard as a rock. No oil and vinegar. Said could not have Dijon mustard, whereas yesterday, and the day before, at another store, everything was fresh and juicy. Had dijon. That store left us all craving more! This store no one smiled. Didn't give a bag to put all our sandwiches in to go. Really terrible customer service. Someone needs to get that store up to par. If it had been the first place I ever tried a Jimmy John's sandwich, I would never go to another Jimmy John's again! We even became members based on the other store. This store is giving Jimmy John's a bad name.

horrible staff old man kicked us out after we got our food while other people were still eating there, and he only told us something, overall bad white people vibes there.
