Having hot peppers instead of the requested onions - a bit of a rude awakening…. 🔥
Showed up a little after lunch time to get 2 sandwiches and they had no bread. I’m curious to know how a sandwich shop runs out of the primary ingredient by 1:30 in the afternoon.
This particular location just can't seem to get orders right. 2 times in a row I have asked for wheat bread and got white. The first time my sandwich was set in water from someone's drink cup that was there before me on the counter and missing add ons to the sandwhich also. This time the toppings are scarce and overloaded with mustard all over the wrapper. I will just need to continue to drive to jersey Mike's if this is the closest location and service provided
First it took almost 30 to make my online order. That’s ok maybe they were really busy, although the inside wasn’t really. Second, the ice machine wasn’t working and had to be smacked (per the employee) to work, but she said in a minute . So I waited for that too. Then she wants me to cram 3 bags of chips into the bag she crammed all 4 sandwiches into. I asked for another bag and again was told in a minute(when she’s literally standing right in front of them) so I got it myself. I also had to ask for a drink carrier and again was told, in a minute. After I get my own drinks, chips, bag and condiments, I get home and there’s no cheese in the kids sandwiches. I have to do all the things for myself but they expect a tip! Seriously need to find a new JJs location!!!

If the staff could get off their phones, greet customers, wash their hands, and make sandwiches that would be great. This is the second time I've walked out of this empty location. Does the owner even check on this place?

Freaky slow. I'm done with this place. Every time I come to this location it takes me 10-15 minutes to get a sandwich regardless of how busy it is. Not only are they slow they're either out of bread, aren't taking orders that weren't placed online, or screw up your order. ??

This is by far the worst Jimmy John's location I have ever been to. The wait times are ridiculous, especially for orders placed through their app. I've given them several chances as it is the location closest to my home but I will not be going back. This location is always criminally understaffed resulting in wait times of 30+ minutes for 2 sandwiches. They have also periodically locked their doors and refused to take any in person orders, telling us to order through the app and use curbside pickup because they only had one employee working.Aside from being nowhere near "freaky fast" The sandwiches are always just ok,

Not freaky fast… really slow in fact. And I walked in when no other customers were there. I asked for a sandwich with no mayo, and my sandwich was made with mayo. i even tipped $2 (of course before my sandwich was made)

I’m a big fan of Jimmy John’s sandwiches—they’ve always been a go-to for me when I’m craving something delicious and supposedly quick. However, my recent experiences at this particular location have left me a bit frustrated. While there’s no question about the quality of the food (still as good as ever!), the service speed is far from the “Freaky Fast” promise that Jimmy John’s is known for.On my last visit, I found myself waiting in line for an excruciating 25 minutes, followed by another 20-minute wait just to receive my sandwich. That’s a 45-minute wait for a meal that’s supposed to epitomize speed and convenience. After investing so much time standing around, I figured I might as well see it through, but it’s not an experience I’m eager to repeat. It’s pretty clear to me that the issue isn’t with the employees themselves—they’re friendly and seem to be doing their best under the circumstances. The problem is that they’re consistently understaffed. It’s not fair to the employees or the customers to operate this way. My advice to the owners: It’s time to either hire more staff or consider raising wages to attract and retain more workers. I, for one, wouldn’t mind paying an extra dollar for my sandwich if it meant getting it in a timely fashion.Considering I’m shelling out nearly $20 for a sandwich, chips, and soda, waiting 45 minutes just doesn’t cut it. “Freaky Fast” should mean exactly that, not nearly an hour for a quick bite.Additionally, the constant prompts for tips at checkout add another layer of frustration. While I understand the importance of supporting employees, it shouldn’t be the customer’s responsibility to supplement their income because of low wages… This isn’t a sit down restaurant, if you carry it out to my car and take my order, why yes, id leave a tip!A better approach would be to pay employees a wage that reflects their hard work and dedication, which in turn could improve service speed and customer satisfaction. In summary, I really do enjoy Jimmy John’s sandwiches, but the service at the CC location needs urgent attention. If the wait times don’t improve, I’ll regretfully have to take my business elsewhere. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and makes the necessary changes to live up to their “Freaky Fast” slogan.

Just want to commend Raul for his excellent customer service. He was there all by himself with a huge line. He took his time, was nice to every customer and didn’t get stressed or flustered, took orders and made the sandwiches. Not to mention, he made mine correctly which hasn’t happened at JJ the last couple times I have gone.

I have been ordering from this location for over 3 years since moving to the area. The past 6 months, delivery service has been terrible.I order online with a scheduled delivery time and my orders have always 30 min to an hour late!!!I understand that there staffing issues for many businesses, but if they can not hire their own drivers or manage their time performing deliveries instead of helping behind the counter, then I suggest they start using third party delivery services like DoorDash or GrubHub otherwise I am going to start ordering from Jersey Mikes on the apps.
