This place sucks! Owner clearly don't care.
I like the sandwiches much better than subway but made a mistake that i won’t repeat - did not like the Ultimate Italian Sandwich - tasted like a fatty meat sandwich. Friendly, courteous people working there. Lower review for the sandwich.
It’s way too hot in there! I was gonna eat inside but left because that is unbearable. It’s summer, no shades on the west facing front. Not right to have employees working in that heat.

Where is the MANAGER? Maybe OSHA needs to pay this place a visit! The employees deserve much better working conditions and the customers deserve at the very least, a cool place to eat. The AC was not working and had not been working for over a WEEK! This is unacceptable. The employees were doing the very best they could to make our visit a good one by explaing that the meat counter was still within an acceptable temperature and by having good adittudes. The OWNER needs to find a different manager for this location. This place needs someone to put the employees health and working conditions first. Costumers will talk and take advantage of the many other options to eat.

Brinae was very professional and speedy at making our order. The downside is that it is really humid and hot inside the store. Not a very comfortable feeling when you're trying to enjoy a meal. Plus nobody should have to work in that condition. It's not good for your body or health.

Having hot peppers instead of the requested onions - a bit of a rude awakening…. 🔥
Showed up a little after lunch time to get 2 sandwiches and they had no bread. I’m curious to know how a sandwich shop runs out of the primary ingredient by 1:30 in the afternoon.
This particular location just can't seem to get orders right. 2 times in a row I have asked for wheat bread and got white. The first time my sandwich was set in water from someone's drink cup that was there before me on the counter and missing add ons to the sandwhich also. This time the toppings are scarce and overloaded with mustard all over the wrapper. I will just need to continue to drive to jersey Mike's if this is the closest location and service provided
First it took almost 30 to make my online order. That’s ok maybe they were really busy, although the inside wasn’t really. Second, the ice machine wasn’t working and had to be smacked (per the employee) to work, but she said in a minute . So I waited for that too. Then she wants me to cram 3 bags of chips into the bag she crammed all 4 sandwiches into. I asked for another bag and again was told in a minute(when she’s literally standing right in front of them) so I got it myself. I also had to ask for a drink carrier and again was told, in a minute. After I get my own drinks, chips, bag and condiments, I get home and there’s no cheese in the kids sandwiches. I have to do all the things for myself but they expect a tip! Seriously need to find a new JJs location!!!

If the staff could get off their phones, greet customers, wash their hands, and make sandwiches that would be great. This is the second time I've walked out of this empty location. Does the owner even check on this place?

Freaky slow. I'm done with this place. Every time I come to this location it takes me 10-15 minutes to get a sandwich regardless of how busy it is. Not only are they slow they're either out of bread, aren't taking orders that weren't placed online, or screw up your order. ??

This is by far the worst Jimmy John's location I have ever been to. The wait times are ridiculous, especially for orders placed through their app. I've given them several chances as it is the location closest to my home but I will not be going back. This location is always criminally understaffed resulting in wait times of 30+ minutes for 2 sandwiches. They have also periodically locked their doors and refused to take any in person orders, telling us to order through the app and use curbside pickup because they only had one employee working.Aside from being nowhere near "freaky fast" The sandwiches are always just ok,
