Freaky slow. I'm done with this place. Every time I come to this location it takes me 10-15 minutes to get a sandwich regardless of how busy it is. Not only are they slow they're either out of bread, aren't taking orders that weren't placed online, or screw up your order. ??

This is by far the worst Jimmy John's location I have ever been to. The wait times are ridiculous, especially for orders placed through their app. I've given them several chances as it is the location closest to my home but I will not be going back. This location is always criminally understaffed resulting in wait times of 30+ minutes for 2 sandwiches. They have also periodically locked their doors and refused to take any in person orders, telling us to order through the app and use curbside pickup because they only had one employee working.Aside from being nowhere near "freaky fast" The sandwiches are always just ok,

If the staff could get off their phones, greet customers, wash their hands, and make sandwiches that would be great. This is the second time I've walked out of this empty location. Does the owner even check on this place?

Not freaky fast… really slow in fact. And I walked in when no other customers were there. I asked for a sandwich with no mayo, and my sandwich was made with mayo. i even tipped $2 (of course before my sandwich was made)

I’m a big fan of Jimmy John’s sandwiches—they’ve always been a go-to for me when I’m craving something delicious and supposedly quick. However, my recent experiences at this particular location have left me a bit frustrated. While there’s no question about the quality of the food (still as good as ever!), the service speed is far from the “Freaky Fast” promise that Jimmy John’s is known for.On my last visit, I found myself waiting in line for an excruciating 25 minutes, followed by another 20-minute wait just to receive my sandwich. That’s a 45-minute wait for a meal that’s supposed to epitomize speed and convenience. After investing so much time standing around, I figured I might as well see it through, but it’s not an experience I’m eager to repeat. It’s pretty clear to me that the issue isn’t with the employees themselves—they’re friendly and seem to be doing their best under the circumstances. The problem is that they’re consistently understaffed. It’s not fair to the employees or the customers to operate this way. My advice to the owners: It’s time to either hire more staff or consider raising wages to attract and retain more workers. I, for one, wouldn’t mind paying an extra dollar for my sandwich if it meant getting it in a timely fashion.Considering I’m shelling out nearly $20 for a sandwich, chips, and soda, waiting 45 minutes just doesn’t cut it. “Freaky Fast” should mean exactly that, not nearly an hour for a quick bite.Additionally, the constant prompts for tips at checkout add another layer of frustration. While I understand the importance of supporting employees, it shouldn’t be the customer’s responsibility to supplement their income because of low wages… This isn’t a sit down restaurant, if you carry it out to my car and take my order, why yes, id leave a tip!A better approach would be to pay employees a wage that reflects their hard work and dedication, which in turn could improve service speed and customer satisfaction. In summary, I really do enjoy Jimmy John’s sandwiches, but the service at the CC location needs urgent attention. If the wait times don’t improve, I’ll regretfully have to take my business elsewhere. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and makes the necessary changes to live up to their “Freaky Fast” slogan.

Just want to commend Raul for his excellent customer service. He was there all by himself with a huge line. He took his time, was nice to every customer and didn’t get stressed or flustered, took orders and made the sandwiches. Not to mention, he made mine correctly which hasn’t happened at JJ the last couple times I have gone.

I have been ordering from this location for over 3 years since moving to the area. The past 6 months, delivery service has been terrible.I order online with a scheduled delivery time and my orders have always 30 min to an hour late!!!I understand that there staffing issues for many businesses, but if they can not hire their own drivers or manage their time performing deliveries instead of helping behind the counter, then I suggest they start using third party delivery services like DoorDash or GrubHub otherwise I am going to start ordering from Jersey Mikes on the apps.

Ordered a Doordash pickup order. Store marked it as being prepared. Arrived at appropriate time (20 minutes) to pick up my food for dinner. Told me they didn't have bread... Suggested I cancel my order (even though I was the customer). Could not do so since the store had it ready for pickup and said they were preparing it.Told the lady this. Went out to my car to wait. Came back in around 20 minutes later and she told me they hadn't started preparing it because she thought I canceled. I emphatically told her I could not cancel because the store incorrectly marked the food was ready. She also threw away my ticket to make the food, so they misheard my modifications and missed the onions. Also made an 8" instead of a giant so then had to wait for them to remake the other half. Didn't realize the onions were missing because I was trying to ensure they had the entirety of the sandwich in the bag since apparently that was troublesome. If employees would rather tell a customer to cancel than to attempt to rectify the situation, then I will gladly listen to them and will not give them future business. No one even offered an apology on my way out for the delay, but instead just offered a cheery "see ya next time!" This was supposed to be a quick pick up dinner since I had a final exam to prepare for tomorrow, but instead ended up with me waiting 30 minutes in a Jimmy John's parking lot to wait for one sandwich after waiting 20 minutes for the store to originally prepare it...Reaaaaalllyy missed the mark if they think that having a customer wait a total of 45 minutes for a single sandwich pickup, no attempts to rectify the situation or even acknowledgement of the issue and then proffers a "see ya next time" on your way out is a wise idea.

My review has seem to gone missing so here’s it’s replacement (originally posted around Jan)Pay your hourly employees more. This place is suffering and it’s clearly from a lack of care about your employees. Tried to walk in for a sandwich but the door was locked with a sign stating, “I am the only one staffed today and am trying. Thanks for your patience.” I left because I am not trying to support a business that has a single (probably low wage) employee doing all the work and can’t even get employees to stay working.Again, pay your people more.

Horrible, my company spends hundreds at this location, we are 2 minutes away, and they can never ever get it delivered on time because of staffing issues.... Why let you pick a time if thats never possible? Why does the store NOT call to say it will be late???? Time to order from another store, and the employees are not to apologetic..

Horrible customer service. To start the Lady in the front was rude, I asked if it's possible to toast my sandwiches. Her response was to smirk, and say "no, MY sandwiches are cold". Funny. I didn't know she was the owner. She also tells me I HAVE to pick all my toppings right there and then (without even looking at them) so I do, and guess what? They get the toppings wrong. The guy making the sandwiches also gave me attitude and said "well it's not on the receipt" (rude lady's fault) and hesitantly fixed the sandwich. Overall Definitely not worth 40 dollars and not worth your time. Stay away.

The veggie sandwich is usually a solid choice and that was the case today as well. This was a free birthday sandwich, but overall the bread is good here and prices reasonable.

Lacy and Kalee are truly top notch, their customer service is truly amazing. I was welcomed with warm and welcoming hello. They made my sandwich quick and man was it good. Clean restaurant, I definitely will be back.
