This is my go to whenever i’m craving a sandwich. Jimmy Johns subs always know how to lift my spirits in dark times. The food is always so fresh, tasty and comforting. Plus, the staff is super friendly and welcoming which makes it easy to order a sub more often:)

The food is fresh and they are fast, but that's where it ends at this location. The accuracy and just doing a good job with fulfilling orders is severely lacking at this location. E.g.: asking for no onions or no mayo but the sandwich has it, drinks filled to only 80%, wraps not wrapped right so they fall apart when you take off the paper, incorrect sandwich given, etc. are common issues I've encountered. It's so frustrating because we love JJ's. If you eat at this location, my recommended is to check your order before you leave. Or just take your business somewhere else where they care about doing a good job.

Not sure why they have a 3.5 on Google. I've been to many Jimmy John's and this one was just fine. Fast, friendly, and food was as expected. Most fast food joints are staffed with teenagers, people need to realize they aren't 5 star restaurants. This location was fine and I will be back.
WALKED IN TODAY FOR A QUICK BITE TO EAT, THE PLACE WAS DEAD ALL OF THE KIDS WORKING WERE STANDING AROUND ON THEIR PHONES. I ASKED TO TRY A SAMPLE OF THE TUNA, OCCASIONALLY IT CAN BE A LITTLE FISHY. ONE OF THE YOUNG GIRLS SAID I DONT THINK WE CAN DO THAT. SHE WALKED INTO THE BACK AND SPOKE WITH A MANAGER NAMED JOSH WHO SAID NO. SO WE LEFT, WHEN DID JIMMY JOHNS STOP THIS? EVERY PLACE IVE EVER EATEN EVEN RECENTLY STILL ALLOWS YOU TO TRY THE TUNA. ANYWAY THEIR LOSS NOT MINE I WENT DOWN THE ROAD TO FIREHOUSE.

This is the third time I have ordered from them using a mobile order. I live fifteen minutes away and every time I get there, my order is not yet complete even though there are no other cars in the drive through. These sandwiches were made wrong and not cut in half, my chips were not included in my bag and the soda was flat. Jimmy johns used to be really good and fast, this location is neither. The employees act like it's an inconvenience for them to be expected to make your order right.

I'm a sub person, will go anywhere for a good sub. I used the drive thru, which is so convenient, I love that this location has one. I did have a minor issue with the bacon on my sandwich (as I didn't realize it's served cold, my mistake), but I spoke to the GM (Alex) who was very kind and resolved my issue right away. He really does care about the customer, and this is rare these days.
Anyway, if you want a cold sub, I recommend the Italian Night Club, you can't go wrong, it's a classic. Or they have the toasted version called the Ultimate Italian if you like the warm subs. Either is delicious. This location also has the potato salad, very fresh and tastes homemade.
