this location is absolute garbage. 45 minutes for delivery, call 10+ trying to reach someone about order status. Employee picks up the phone, says nothing and then hangs up, multiple times. This isn't the first or even the second time, but will be the last.
Have ordered online other times for in-store pick up. Drive all the way from work to store and walk in to pick up my food and find out they haven't even started making it yet with 6 employees standing around doing nothing.

12/29/24 Drive through experience was absolutely painfully slow. There were only two people in the drive through and nobody inside the restaurant and I was in the drive through for over 23 minutes. I don't know what's wrong with the guy that is running the drive up window, but I don't think he understands his job.

Sandwich was not made fresh it was premade and refrigerated. Wilted vegetables, brown avocado and the bread hard from being in the refrigerator. Tastes just like a gas station sandwich frankly.

The #10 Hunters Club was a really good sub sandwich. It had double roast beef, provolone cheese, lettuce, tomatos and I asked them to add onions. It was a great sandwhich and I really liked the bread.

I went to the drive-through to order my sub. I asked for a cup of water. The cashier gave me a small little clear cup. I asked her if I could get a real cup of water. She said this is what they are giving out of water. She said if I wanted a cup, I would have to pay. I’ve never had to pay for a cup of water in my entire life especially this being Arizona and it being 116° today I’m very disappointed to find out we have to pay for a real cup of water. Especially seeing I made a purchase. I could see if I was just walking in and asking for a cup of water. I spent $ 13.00.

Ordered delivery said it was delivered so I went to my front door nothing was there so I looked at my doorbell footage and no on had walked up or past my door for 4 hours and can’t even get a refund will never go here or order from jimmy John’s again I told them I would send that all the doorbell footage and they said that they can’t do anything what a joke.

This location is pretty hit or miss. Sometimes the sandwiches are sloppily tossed together and loosely wrapped, resulting in a mess. Double check your to-go orders. Today I was missing 2 out of 3 bags of chips and the side of jalapeño ranch I got was definitely not jalapeño ranch. It tasted like mayo & vinegar? I was charged 99cents for idk what. I was looking forward to it because when made properly it's delicious.
