Just tried to use the drive through. The parking lot was difficult to maneuver and when I did get into the drive through I waited for 5 minutes without anyone responding. I had to say hello several times to be acknowledged. When I asked for no bread, but in a bowl, I was told they didn't have any bowls. I ended up going to subway

My office orders from here regularly and I finally decided to try a sandwich last week. It was really yummy! Our to-go orders have always been prepared and ready for pickup at the time as they were requested and drinks are made at pickup. Staff is always polite and welcoming. We have never had an issue and will keep coming back.

Never use the drive through here! The parking lot was not built for it (not jimmy Johns fault) and the workers take forever to get an order taken (this is jimmy johns fault). I don't know if it's just poor management but every single time I've visited, without fail, I'm waiting 20 minutes before I get my food. When you pull up to the ordering box, I've never once had a worker take my order immediately. They always take a couple minutes to get come on the PA and when they finally do they ask for a couple minutes. I've timed it and waited 3 minutes for someone's voice then another 3 after they ask me to wait. And of course they do this to the car ahead of you so at this point it's been almost 10 minutes in line. When you pull up to the window it's a 50/50. Sometimes they'll have the sand ready and hey at least you can leave. Sometimes it's another couple minutes before they take your payment and then they need more time to make the actual sandwich. I've never had a quick experience with this location. Management needs to either hire more people or train their employees to be quicker. There needs to be some emphasis on the drive through since the parking lot is not suitable for any sort of line whatsoever. Either that or just close the drive through and then there's no expectations to not meet.

Somehow only their drive thru is open on Sunday afternoon? This place has had problems for a while with opening late and closing early but this is a new one.

So I just moved into the area and me and my fiancée decide to go out and see what’s around.Decide on Jimmy John’s.Neither one of us had been there before. The two girls working this evening were beyond rude to us.Seeming annoyed while we were ordering.Rude to another woman who walked in as well. Also we get home and neither sandwiches were made correctly. And upon leaving we both said thank you have a good night and was completely ignored.Super let down with the experience and the employees attitudes as well.I don’t understand why this store is hiring employees who are beyond rude to their paying customers.I read down the other reviews and it is negative after negative after negative.Clearly this owner doesn’t care about their customers by allowing these rude employees to continue to work here.

I’ve been to jimmy John’s in several states this is by far the worst one I’ve ever visited and I will never go back to this location. Very very rude workers, the bread was old and stale and the meat also tasted expired. I didn’t even put 1 star for service because that’s how bad it was. If I didn’t love jimmy johns and this had been my 1st experience I would never try another one.

Honestly, the food tasted so disgusting. I don’t know how to describe.

The Powerade also tasted something I can’t even describe. Therefore, I did not eat anything and everything was thrown into the trash where it belonged. I didn’t dare to be praying to the toilet gods today. Thanks for nothing JJ!

However, the brownie was good, but that came packaged.

It's located right on the corner of 7th and Roosevelt so pretty easy to find, and behind it is a small parking lot with accessible spots. This is definitely one of the larger Jimmy John's location, and I liked how inside it's spacious with plenty of seating, including some old red stools that makes it have a vintage feel. Inside, it wasn't too busy on a weekend- hardly anywhere there. Ordering was quick and easy, and the chips were pretty good. Note: restrooms do require a code to get in, so make sure to ask for that when you checkout.

Drive through speaker box is broken so there is a paper saying to go up to the window to order. I sat in the drive-thru line for 8 minutes and no one acknowledged me or took my order. Had to go inside.

The speaker box has been broken for a few months now, not sure why they haven’t fixed it yet.

Terrible restaurant. Graffiti all over the walls and Glass. If they can’t keep the outside of the restaurant clean, how can someone expect the food to be clean? Also, says they are open at 10 am, arrived at 10:10 AM and doors were locked. Will not be back.
