I've had the food it's good. Yum yum. We're living next door so that WOULD be convenient if my appetite wasn't constantly killed by anger about the drive through speakers. It's SO FREAKING LOUD. All doors and windows closed I can hear every single thing that comes out of these speakers. If I hear it, the person in the car will have ruptured eardrums. I am so sick of it. Why can't it be at a regular volume??

Sat at the speaker for ten minutes and eventually rolled up to the window after no one answered. Waited another 5 minutes at the window as employees saw and ignored my presence. A man came up and took my order, two exceedingly simple sandwiches for children. He had me reiterate my order no less than 5 times. After another 5 minutes, a woman shoved the bag in my hand, indifferently said thank you for coming, and shut the window abruptly. Got home, neither of the sandwiches were remotely near correct. The kids were upset by that.

Just tried to use the drive through. The parking lot was difficult to maneuver and when I did get into the drive through I waited for 5 minutes without anyone responding. I had to say hello several times to be acknowledged. When I asked for no bread, but in a bowl, I was told they didn't have any bowls. I ended up going to subway

My office orders from here regularly and I finally decided to try a sandwich last week. It was really yummy! Our to-go orders have always been prepared and ready for pickup at the time as they were requested and drinks are made at pickup. Staff is always polite and welcoming. We have never had an issue and will keep coming back.
