I have never had an experience at a restaurant like this before. There was a small issue with my order. I ordered a giant and got a 8 in which is no big deal. I went back to the store and was criticized that I do not know how to order by a young Hispanic skinny kid with a patchy beard. I wasn't there for free food or drink. I just wanted the other half of my sandwich and all I heard was this kid's mouth. This kid will be the reason I never go back to this location. Cheba Hut and Jersey Mike's all day. 3/8/24

Mustard is not served on your sandwich at this shop. Even though it is a staple in sandwich condiments, this store doesn’t feel the need to offer it on their sandwiches, even though you can order it on their online store. Manager needs to have a talk with Jimmy himself, I grew up with him. I’ll be informing corporate of your failure to meet what is minimum standards for a Jimmy John’s sub.

Waited almost 2 hours for my order to never get delivered. I was very patient with the lack of staff and being behind - never once rushed them and was very understanding. At the almost 2 hour mark the driver called me saying he's not sure how I made the order since it's outside the zone (i'm a 6 min drive away) and that he can't deliver.

I don’t know the manager on duty’s name, but it’s Wednesday,Sept 20th around 1:30.Roosevelt and 7th Street.I’m giving this info so upper management can find out who this was, this person should not be managing anything with how I was treated.I ordered a turkey sub and a side of the bow tie pasta, when I got to the window my card declined. I checked multiple times and there was more than enough to pay for my meal.He ran my card over and over, as I sat there for at least ten minutes, yes, that long,I finally asked if I could just have the meal since it was already made and sitting right there in the window, as this was not my fault that their system isn’t working .There was a line of cars behind me, waiting for their food, and probably very annoyed at how long I was taking.Instead of apologizing for the extreme inconvenience and handing me my order, he said he won’t do that.This manager had me at the window and had them behind me waiting for so long, instead of giving me my order and sending me on my way.I asked him what he was going to do with my order and he said throw it away.I have never posted a negative comment before, but I feel this is justified.

Every time I come here (been here 5 times) on my lunch break I specifically ask for EXTRA Mayo. I love Mayo and I love it caked on. It’s like they find it annoying and give me little to none, this sandwich is so dry I can barely eat it. Like look at the picture….. where’s the Mayo and the extra?!

Don’t seem to ever have a driver at night or so they say. Don’t seem to care at all when you call either. Very non shallot about it. But it weird cause when I asked if they had a driver this evening he had to ask someone and the line went silent before he came back and said nope not delivering tonight. So idk jimmy love your food just can’t seem to get it at night.
