I can’t rate the food bc I didn’t order. The location was absolutely empty at 4:10pm on 10/14/24…I walked in to 3 employees doing separate things. I was told to hold on stood there waiting, no other food being prepared while one employee with very long hair handled the food he was prepping with no gloves. I’d say I waited at least 5 minutes. One employee asked him to “do him a favor and take her order” to which he said “gimme a sec”…this was 5 minutes in. When he finally walked to the register he didn’t acknowledge the wait or anything…just “what can I get you” …ummm absolutely nothing. Jimmy, is everybody alright bc what??? Since when is this the experience at Jimmy John’s? ?? I’ve been to jimmy John’s while it was actually busy and happily waited bc it was very obvious that the employees were working towards a common goal for the customer. Please help this location. ?

Unfortunately, I chose to make a pick-up order at this location for a late lunch today. Not only did I wait in-store for over 20 minutes—effectively wasting half of my lunch break—but a couple of the staff members were also curt, rude, and disrespectful towards me for no apparent reason. Before my current job, I worked as a shift lead in casual fast food for years, i.e. I KNOW that this situation was handled very poorly from the start. I will not be ordering from this location again and I will advise my coworkers to do the same. Total waste of my time and the staff left a very bad taste in my mouth. Really unfortunate. Try Jersey Mike’s or Sprouts instead.

We went on an empty stomach after leaving the medical center, ordered 2 original sandwiches. My wife wanted to try mine so I asked the girl behind the counter if she could cut it in half; she was not busy. Her response was a very rude "No" then she started reciting some legal gibberish! I realized that she was playing games with me. We tried to break it in half with our hands and ended up with a mess all over the table A young girl taunting senior citizens is a truly offensive way of conducting business.

Tried to come at 3pm on a Saturday, not on a holiday, their hours and Google both stated they are open, but the restaurant was completely closed.
Placed an order online at 12:10 walked over from my job just to wait 20 min and walk back without any lunch! The lunch time rush was there but they all beat me out the door.
I come here almost weekly for lunch, and it's always good, quick service.

I ordered from this location through DoorDash, for a small business meeting I was having. About an hour before my desired delivery time, I got a call directly from Jimmy John's letting me know that, unfortunately, they did not have a delivery person that day. (It was a Sunday.) While this was frustrating, I know that so many places are understaffed, and I really did appreciate the fact that the store called me directly - and with enough time to figure out another way to get the food. A friend ended up picking it up for me and everything worked out. I did want to leave a positive review because it would have been easy, especially since the order had been placed through DoorDash, for Jimmy John's to just ignore the problem or assume that DoorDash would let me know.
