so i had called and asked for a refund on my “unwich”. i don’t know why they stuff basically the whole thing with lettuce while the wrap itself is lettuce. seems odd to me. the issue was the lettuce was pink and brown all over, and no. it wasn’t from the tomatoes. the “GM” tried to tell me that it’s fresh daily. and the other issue i had with the unwich was the fact that is was swimming in mayo. she tried to tell me it was the normal amount. you look at these pictures and you tell me that’s “normal”. it was hardy even wrapped! it was basically a lettuce boat. she then proceeded to offer me $20 credit AND a refund which i thought was kinda odd. sure it was nice, but why? after trying to convince me that the unwich was perfect. i declined the credit because i try not to go to this jimmy john’s as i always have an issue here. she then was basically hounding me to tell her about my other experiences. it was just weird i can’t explain it. anyway. after all that convincing she was doing i finally got my refund back. my coworker ordered the same thing and she couldn’t eat hers either.

Horrible service. They receive online orders just to cancel them 2 hours later, they don’t answer their phone. Whoever’s running the place is a joke and should probably be fired. Stop doing online orders you can’t handle them!!!!

So I really enjoy Jimmy John's when my order is made correctly but on more than one occasion my sandwich has been missing things that I didn't ask to be removed from it.

Alyx greeted my husband and I with a smile. And I asked a very important question (to a pregnant woman) I asked about a specific sandwich and asked if he could heat the meat up as I had been craving it for a while now. He went above and beyond to make this happen for me. I did hesitate to have him make it as I didn’t want to cause any trouble if it would be an inconvenience for him and the staff. He insisted that he had a way of figuring it out. With a smile he assured me it was no problem at all. I know it’s a simple question but for us pregnant women who can’t have cold lunch meat for health reasons. This made my day. Thank you Alyx we will definitely be coming back to this spot

I can’t rate the food bc I didn’t order. The location was absolutely empty at 4:10pm on 10/14/24…I walked in to 3 employees doing separate things. I was told to hold on stood there waiting, no other food being prepared while one employee with very long hair handled the food he was prepping with no gloves. I’d say I waited at least 5 minutes. One employee asked him to “do him a favor and take her order” to which he said “gimme a sec”…this was 5 minutes in. When he finally walked to the register he didn’t acknowledge the wait or anything…just “what can I get you” …ummm absolutely nothing. Jimmy, is everybody alright bc what??? Since when is this the experience at Jimmy John’s? ?? I’ve been to jimmy John’s while it was actually busy and happily waited bc it was very obvious that the employees were working towards a common goal for the customer. Please help this location. ?

Unfortunately, I chose to make a pick-up order at this location for a late lunch today. Not only did I wait in-store for over 20 minutes—effectively wasting half of my lunch break—but a couple of the staff members were also curt, rude, and disrespectful towards me for no apparent reason. Before my current job, I worked as a shift lead in casual fast food for years, i.e. I KNOW that this situation was handled very poorly from the start. I will not be ordering from this location again and I will advise my coworkers to do the same. Total waste of my time and the staff left a very bad taste in my mouth. Really unfortunate. Try Jersey Mike’s or Sprouts instead.
