I ordered from this location through DoorDash, for a small business meeting I was having. About an hour before my desired delivery time, I got a call directly from Jimmy John's letting me know that, unfortunately, they did not have a delivery person that day. (It was a Sunday.) While this was frustrating, I know that so many places are understaffed, and I really did appreciate the fact that the store called me directly - and with enough time to figure out another way to get the food. A friend ended up picking it up for me and everything worked out. I did want to leave a positive review because it would have been easy, especially since the order had been placed through DoorDash, for Jimmy John's to just ignore the problem or assume that DoorDash would let me know.

Good, not great, subs for a reasonable price. I went to the part central location where I ordered the tuna club. The ingredients were fresh, the tuna was a little bland, but still very edible.

I waited 30 mins for them to open at 10:30am. Once I walked up to the door they told me they had a big order and weren’t going to open till 11am. They saw me sitting there and could of said something before hand.

Online their hours say one thing, but they close when they want and open when they want. Poor management and/or ownership. I guarantee this is a franchise store with an owner who isn’t present and doesn’t care, go spend money elsewhere.

Ordered on the app for pickup. I get there and after couple mins I ask if it was ready, the older black gentleman putting the pickup orders together never even looked at me and just said no. He was also very unorganized, slamming sandwich around, seemed like he didn't know what went where.About another 5 minutes goes by he asks me what my order was and I told him and he turned around to grab it because he set it back behind himself right when I got there (because I saw him) and said yeah it's ready. I said I asked you if it was ready and you told me no.He dismissively said yeah have a nice day, you know that rude tone I'm talking about.I straight up told them I was leaving a bad review, cause y'all need to hire someone who has it together. Matching sandwiches to orders can't be that difficult.
There is nothing fast or expedient about this location. Presently waiting 45 mins for an order and I'm less than a mile away. When I try and call, no one answers. And there is no way to cancel my order or change my tip. Sucks. Will never order from this loc again. I recommend checking out any of the other great fast restaurants in park central, which are obviously more prepared for downtown phoenix lunch time traffic. For now, I'll remain starving.

Ordered online at 11:57am. Called at 12:50. Order was not even out for delivery. You charge $5.00 for delivery plus a tip. So $10.00. Order was still 25 minutes away. $26.00 for sandwich and drink. Learned my lesson. To expensive and never delivered. Freaky Fast Delivery???? Seems like a punchline at this point!

I rarely give reviews, good or bad but I’m simply annoyed by the service I just received. Upon entering there were 2 people waiting for their orders. My order was taken quickly. But then nothing. The person that took my order started sweeping the floor. A girl was in the back clanking around and another was putting a window decal. For approximately 7mins NO sandwiches were made. Only after the decal was applied did the employee start making sandwiches. 10-12 mins I received my order. What’s it like when it’s busy?
