I’m not normally one to leave a negative review, but my experience at this Jimmy John’s was horrendous.
I ordered ahead for an ASAP pickup. My order was placed at paid for at 6:02pm; however, when I arrived at 6:27pm my order hadn’t even been started. The store had five people in it, two people worked there, and I was the third. Once I had gotten in, it took an additional six minutes to make my two sandwiches. Please know, as I was walking in, one of the five people was already walking out, and the person ahead of me only ordered day old bread.
Unfortunately, the disappointment doesn’t stop there. The meat in the sandwiches were WARM, and no, I didn’t order my meals toasted. The orders themselves weren’t correct either. Finally, and I know this is such a small thing, but I really wanted my sandwich cut in half as well….I ordered a cut in half sandwich after all. Alas, a whole sandwich with warm meat is what I received.
I honestly don’t think I can ever return to this store.

We actually ordered from this Jimmy John's pretty regularly and today was just such a terrible experience. I called back because the lettuce on our veggie sandwich was inedible. It was brown and rotten. We took photos and I called back to let him know and the guy there was like. Well lettuce looks that way sometimes. Didn't offer any solutions.
I asked to leave my phone number for a manager and the person on the phone just didn't say anything wouldn't take my phone number. If the manager happens to see this review, I'd appreciate if you tried to reach out. We were there at 4:30 p.m. on Saturday, July 12th.

My wife sent in a pick up order. I went to pick it up, and not knowing where to pick it up since I've never done that at a JJ before I told the young man at the counter my name and that I'm here to pick up an order. He looked to his right and pointed to a shelf in the corner of the store, then just looked at me like I was dumb. Never said a word. I said oh ok thanks, I've never picked up from here before. He shook his head in what looked like disgust. What an unpleasant, unprofessional person.

First visit to this JJ. Friendly service, yummy sub & JJ Jalapeño Chips were so good. Fresh bread🥖 Great Deal starting 2pm—Free upgrade to a Combo Meal. Not so inviting for dine in though and kinda slow on making the sub. Otherwise, overall good.

Dietary restrictions: They’ll work with you
Parking: Tight, Limited, Shared with several other places.
If you want your order to take forever and be wrong every.single.time, come here!

This is the last in MULTIPLE terrible experiences from Jimmy John's. It took 1 hour and 15 minutes to get an order that Jimmy John's had the nerve to charge an extra $5.50 for delivery (more than 1/2 the price of the sandwich), not to mention tip. My bad. I paid almost $20.00 for a $9.00 sandwich which didn't arrive in a timely manner. I would NEVER order from this location again.

I had a last minute lunch meeting and I placed an order, I immediately received a phone call stating that it will take them 30 minutes to complete my order. I got there a little early and was greeted by awesome staff!!! I waited less than 10 minutes for my order, they even helped me to my car with my order. I was pleased with EVERYTHING!!!! Great food served by GREAT people I will definitely be back!
