First visit to this JJ. Friendly service, yummy sub & JJ Jalapeño Chips were so good. Fresh bread🥖 Great Deal starting 2pm—Free upgrade to a Combo Meal. Not so inviting for dine in though and kinda slow on making the sub. Otherwise, overall good.

This is the last in MULTIPLE terrible experiences from Jimmy John's. It took 1 hour and 15 minutes to get an order that Jimmy John's had the nerve to charge an extra $5.50 for delivery (more than 1/2 the price of the sandwich), not to mention tip. My bad. I paid almost $20.00 for a $9.00 sandwich which didn't arrive in a timely manner. I would NEVER order from this location again.

I had a last minute lunch meeting and I placed an order, I immediately received a phone call stating that it will take them 30 minutes to complete my order. I got there a little early and was greeted by awesome staff!!! I waited less than 10 minutes for my order, they even helped me to my car with my order. I was pleased with EVERYTHING!!!! Great food served by GREAT people I will definitely be back!

Terrible host behind the counter, can barely hear him, first the music is blasting in there, then on top of it the guy is talking so quiet, can barely hear him, and he’s acting like it’s my fault I can’t hear him, it was so hard to explain him the order, a simple number 12, they made it complicated and asking so many questions, terrible experience at this jimmy johns, will never return to this branch ever.

I made an online order for pick up and it really was ready in a freaky fast time period! Plus, can you argue with that beautiful layering of tomato and cucumber? The sandwich was perfectly made to order, ready quickly, and the service promptly greeted me and delivered my sandwich asap. I recommend downloading their app for the best deals!

This location is usually amazing. Today not so much. Ordered my sandwich online, they had a huge order in front it when I got there. I had to wait which was totally fine, what isn’t fine is the fact that someone that ordered 4 sandwiches at the counter got their food before me. What isn’t fine is the fact that my sandwich wasn’t right, it was supposed to be an unwich. It completely fell apart as soon as I opened it. It was missing things I ordered. I’m not sure if I’ll ever be going back to this location.
