I ordered my sandwich using the app and I should have just ordered at the counter. People who ordered at the counter were in and out before me. I had a reward for a sandwich that didn't show under the rewards tab so I ordered normally and then the reward showed on the home page after I paid. I guess I missed out on that. Anyway, I get my sandwich and get back to work to eat and they didn't add my mods from my order. Food was fine. Just wasn't the way I ordered it.

I had a five-star experience here with these guys late on a Friday night, October 25th before closing. I came in and they were already cleaning up the store but they were super positive and welcoming. I had no idea what I wanted I must have stared at the menu for 3 minutes but the guy at the register was completely patient. They made my sandwich and just a couple minutes flat and I was on my way. It was great to actually be treated with some appreciation for coming in and being a customer somewhere. Too often we go into quick serve restaurants nowadays and it's like they're doing you a favor by actually waiting on you. You guys did a great job keep up the awesome work.

They are ripping people off, I ordered a blt with added on meats and they figured it was okay to only give me half the bacon that I paid for. Plus I had to go back for sauce and napkins which should’ve already been in the bag. When I called back they told me to call in an hour to even hear me out about what bad service they’d provided. Completely unprofessional and ridiculous. They need to stop robbing people!!!

Turkey Tom with no turkey!! I am so disappointed. I'd rather go to ARIZONA sandwich Co. And get a mouth full of meat, sandwiches are so big!! $10 sub of the days at AZ sandwich Co is awesome. I left Jimmy John hungry and disappointed.

The statistics are probably showing that Asian people are moving to the area because tuna has been selling at an abnormal rate at this store recently. After eating Lil' Jon's tuna for the first time, I've become able to eat Jimmy John's tuna any time I want. I wonder if there are drugs in it? It's truly addicting. I also tried regular tuna, but I like the balance of vegetables and tuna in Lil Jon's. By the way, I don't really like the original chips that come with the combo. Other flavors may be delicious, but chips on a sandwich is... common in America. So I chose a sandwich. The cost performance is also good. Ah, writing this makes me want to eat it again. Let's go buy it.
The team at this location never fails me! I called Wednesday to place a lunch order of 32 sandwiches on Saturday and Sunday. I said I would call back got busy and reached back out on Friday and they were still able to make my complicated orders on time! Couldn’t be more thankful to the management and team at this location.
