Saturday evening Timothy took my order, and was incredibly rude. I apologized for walking in while he was mopping and he shoved a bag in my face and said,” DoorDash.” I said no, but I’d like to order. He then said, “What do you want?”. I don’t understand what I did wrong, but being treated this way is unacceptable when you’re open for business. He should be trained in customer service. The gentleman making my sandwiches was completely delightful and took such care with my order. Thank you for that, friend.

Dont come here in a hurry! Ive seen subway help more customers quicker with just one person behind the counter.
They had 4 people behind the coubter for me today and ive already been sitting here for over ten minutes. And it was one basic sandwich. There were people that were already sitting down waiting when I got here that hadn't gotten their food yet. They probably waited close to 20 minutes.
I think you guys could cut staffing and still hit these numbers. Why pay so much payroll for this many people to be workinbg and still not be able to get people helped in a normal time frame? I'd be reconsidering the budget with this level of service...

I usually am at a Jimmy Johns store one to two times a week because I work on the go and I’m constantly in my car it’s easy to grab. I always get a slim two with cheese and bacon theres always an extra charge but not a problem. I walked in this location for the first time and Joshua the store manager was working the register and told me I am not allowed to order a slim two sandwich and add anything to it. Never have I ever heard anything so absurd or stupid? I left and went to my regular location and was given no issues. Sounds like this location could use a new manager. Here’s a receipt of the location down the road that was nice and gave no issues.

I was literally appalled today when I went to pick up a sub that I ordered online I was forced to wait a full hour for one sub sandwich when I arrived. I waited a while with several other people who were going through the same thing I witnessed several customers come in stand and wait at the cash register while the man working said I can’t take your order for another 30 minutes. We’re backed up. It was appalling. It was the worst service that I’ve ever seen. I couldn’t believe it. I was so disappointed. Not to mention the fact that no one apologized no one offered anything for the fact that I had to wait an hour for one sandwich I will never go back. It was the worst.

Jimmy John's advertises that they'll deliver your food faster than emergency services. It took them an hour from the time I ordered to the time I got my food. Wow! We'd all be dead if there was a real emergency and Jimmy John's had to be there.

Google said it’s open at 1030. We were there at 1030 on our way to the airport to get sandwiches but they didn’t open the door. The employees were inside and working and saw me and my daughter standing outside but would not open the door.
