Jimmy John's advertises that they'll deliver your food faster than emergency services. It took them an hour from the time I ordered to the time I got my food. Wow! We'd all be dead if there was a real emergency and Jimmy John's had to be there.

Google said it’s open at 1030. We were there at 1030 on our way to the airport to get sandwiches but they didn’t open the door. The employees were inside and working and saw me and my daughter standing outside but would not open the door.

I go to JJ's here at home and like it a lot. Took it for granted. This location would be good too.
They put so much mayonnaise on the sub that the bread was soggy.

Enjoyed my lunch today and I had an excellent sandwich! I’d like to share that Edna the Manager I believe displayed excellent customer service skills as another customer came in and was extremely hot and possibly dehydrated. Her empathy and compassion for this person was exceptional as she asked the right questions and took steps to get an emergency crew there to make sure this person was safe. It’s refreshing to see people really car and take the extra measures to be kind and helpful!
I will visit and eat at this location again!

Probably the worst gargantuan I’ve ever had & I absolutely love Jimmy Johns! I can’t put my finger on why it didn’t taste good - I asked for peppers on my sandwich and only got 3-4! Most likely won’t be visiting this location again as I can’t quite understand how you can mess up a sandwich

Got horrible food poisoning from this place last week. Called the first time to let them know and the kid was really nice and said a group of other people called and got sick as well. Was told I would get a call back from a manager. Didn’t get a call so I called them today (5/7/24). Spoke to the manager and he seemed very short and didn’t care that a customer got food poisoning and was sick for several days. Not one apology. I told him I was told them had more cases of people getting sick last week, and he said he wasn’t aware and seemed completed nonchalant. Will NEVER eat at a Jimmy John’s again, especially this location. GROSS. Was not planning on leaving a bad review, but after speaking to the manager I was inspired to do so.
