I love this jimmy johns, the atmosphere is great the workers are all excellent at their job, but today today it was hot. As good as they work they shouldn’t have to work without any AC.

First time at this location and somewhat disappointed with the sandwich. The roll was stale and old almost crunchy, the ingredients inside the sandwich were tasty so that’s good. For 23.00 dollars I would expect a fresh roll.

The service is bad at this store, this is the 2nd time I have issues, last week I went and they didn't have any bread and I waited for 20 minutes for the bread, and meanwhile I was going to have a drink and the fountain machine had an issue so no fountain drink, and also the AC was bad it was a bit hot and at the end when I got my sandwiches, the bread was soggy, and today I went and their was only 1 guy getting a big order ready and people were waiting to order, he said it was going to be a while to order because he was finishing an order, I don't blame the workers their doing what they can, but management has to put attention to this location.

Whatever happened to FREAKY FAST SERVICE.... Ordered at 11:51 and delivered at 12:48 by Uber eats... Food was good... just wish they had followed instructions better... Asked for extra mayo and extra oil and vinegar, hardly had either...

Unfortunately, ate a little bit of the spicy Italian, and got violently sick....however, our cashier was extremely nice, so kudos for great customer service!

I always get the veggie which is just lettuce tomato cucumber cheese and avocado. You can’t exactly skimp out on the veggies considering that’s the main ingredients. The bread was hard and what little veggies they did put on there was the bottom of the barrel and soggy.

There was a young man with shoulder length long hair preparing sandwiches with no hair net on. Not even pulled back or tied, just hanging over every sandwich he made. Luckily he walked away when mine was made by a coworker, or else I would have asked him to put a hair net on or let the coworker make my food. Gross
We always get the #9 Italian, one no tomatoes and one no onions; both no Mayo. The bread quite often seems dry and stale, and the lettuce is cut to thin. I'm not a fan of Jimmy John's, but my wife is, so that's why we go there.

If I was you, I would never order sandwiches for delivery or pick up because you’ll just never get your sandwiches. They should turn Jimmy John’s into a Jersey Mike’s sandwich shop.

My daughter and I were looking forward to a great lunch. The man working last time I was there told me Combos were on sale for the month of November. Nope not according to the extremely unfriendly female there today, who had us standing and waiting a good amount of time while she was on a computer, no acknowledgement, and no hi, I'll be right with you. Nothing! No other employee or customers were there. No sale on the combos is what we were told. The bread was rock hard and hurt to bite it, the sandwich was tasteless. I paid in cash and gave the amount of $30.35... the amount due was $30.28. she couldn't count the money and slammed the drawer and walked away to make the sandwich. 1. She didn't give us change, and couldn't count it. 2. She touched money then the food.... Yuck! No customers should have been a clue, and those prices for a sandwich are ridiculous! You are not Freaky Good and your not Freaky Fast. Just to let you know your response link is not working! As disappointing as your response was!
