Every single person at this location has been so pleasant, so helpful and so friendly! I love coming here! They know my order when I come in and they are always so on top of it!

2 times in a row they messed up he simplest order for my daughter. She gets the plain slim 6 which is just cheese. They keep putting avocado on it. I called to complain about this, and the woman who answered said she made that sandwich and there is no avocado on it. I told her its in front of me with avocado and I'd be happy to prove it. She then said that I could come back in because she can not refund the whole order and can't refund part of an order. I told her I didn't want credit because that's what they did last time, and I never got credit. I was then informed I have to come in to the store and place the order in person to receive the credit. That's the first time I've heard that said. She then said she'd take my receipt and give it to her manager to take care of it. When I asked what that meant since she already told me they can't refund whole or parts of orders. She then got combative and said that I needed to listen to what she said because she already told me. I told her she gave me conflicting information. She then hung up on me. Great customer service. Guess I'll never get that credit because I am never stepping into that store again.

The food is always great at any jimmy John's but this specific location i have twice been displeased with the costumer service. First off today upon arrival the girl who made my sandwich was leaning against the wall with her hands down her pants and doesn't wash her hands before gloving up. Her customer service was trash she looked miserable which shouldn't be my problem leave whatever you got going on at the door. Then I numerous times spelled out I want a side of pickle spears and she hands me just a cup of pickles and I said I asked for an order of spears she not only gets an attitude another colleague speaks up and says do you want an order of them. My response was not now I have to get to work I emphasized what I wanted and am not paying yet again when it wasnt my mistake she can't do her job. Not a hard one at that. Shame on all of you for being more focused on yourselves and not the customer. Horrible atmosphere at this specific location

Worst experience ever eight employees nobody wanted to take my order at the computer. Got the order wrong. Forgot the bacon put cheese that I didn’t ask for and then they were upset with me. Refused to give me a refund for something I didn’t order. The manager hung up on me. I called back. She put her other employees on the phone and was going back-and-forth with me through them, shouting across the store until I finally gave up and said goodbye. totally unprofessional not to mention the big sign in the window that says under new management.

This Jimmy John’s is very clean and well kept! The workers are all friendly and make the sandwiches greatly!! My catering order was perfect for a day at the pool. They put the mayo on the side to prevent sogginess and I’m so glad they did because I didn't think of that! Great job guys.

Stopped by Jimmy John's for a quick lunch and was impressed by the friendly and efficient service I received from Carla. She was cheerful and got my sandwich made lightning fast! Definitely a great experience for a speedy and tasty meal.

I can easily give you a 5 star, but I bought a $50 gift card to use it because I like Jimmy John's. However, it's a disappointment that I can't use it. I'm hoping other Jimmy John's restaurant will accept my gift card. If not ... BBB I have a complaint.

The customer service was extremely disappointing. When I called and spoke with Brenda, I tried to explain the issue, of the bread being really hard or possibly over cooked. Brenda immediately insisted that the bread was fresh out of the oven in a snarky tone. I then became frustrated, and I told her to never mind and forget it. I ended the our call. I won’t be returning to Jimmy John’s.

Bought a sandwich night prior, ate half and saved the other half for next day’s lunch. Started eating it and after the 2nd bite realized there was no meat on it which was weird cause the other half had some.

Honestly one of the best Jimmy John’s I have been to. The atmosphere is amazing and everyone seems so happy and welcoming! My sandwich was done by the time I finished placing my order which is amazing for a short lunch! I can’t say enough nice things about this team!

Horrible experience with this store every time I order. Every time I have a problem with my order I'm made to feel like it's my fault. From not having bread to forgetting to deliver my chips in a combo order. $98 order. This store has issues. Waited two hours for delivery of missing chips. Called the store only to be told they didn't know anything about it but would deliver them. I asked for a credit instead and got a credit for my next order. Not a chance they will get my phone order right when they get the digital ones wrong. I understand giving credit for a combo order is difficult. The person I spoke to actually suggested I get them for free anyways. Huh? I suspect a large chain like jimmy johns has specific policies on how to deal with these situations but this store seems to make things up.
