This hole in the wall hotdog place is delicious! Small owned and makes everything fresh, you can tell. 10/10 might go back there tomorrow hahaha YUM the onion rings were fire, the dogs were good. I want to try the buffalo chicken sandwich next. He peels the potatoes and cuts the fries right there. ✅️

It was a very very long day on my first day at the new restaurant and after helping the crew there prep and do all the work for my morning shift and getting called to cover an elderly woman's roof that was leaking. I still had laundry to do and a little minor shopping and as I was walking home I came across Jimmy's on University and pulled up to the window not knowing that it was for doordash. For those that know cuz I have my little cart until and well at first they didn't realize there was a guy out here cuz I look pretty bad, I mean I was in a bad shape. They probably thought I was some guy trying to get a free burger but I kept knocking cuz I didn't want to bring my buggy inside. Finally Tristan God bless his heart, opened the window and explain to me sir.,we don't really serve to this window. I said well I don't want to bring my cart inside. He said we'll serve this time, but just so you know for the future and I'm like great. Tammy took my order after she handed me a menu , I ordered the classic smashburger all the way and I would tell you folks. I haven't had a smashburger since New York and Rhode Island and then their fries. They're these waffle fries. Absolutely delicious! The order came in like less than 8 minutes., maybe nine Waffle fries, a crispy golden brown and a good amount. The burger delicious not overly salted and the seasonings that were on them. Just simple pepper and salt so all the meat flavor comes through. The smash was crispy. I had them at a side of ranch dressing and my goodness I haven't had good ranch dressing in a very long time. Creamy and delicious. When Tammy finally gave me the order I thanked her and I took a lot of pictures because I want everybody in Tempe to know where this place is at because I think this is the new Burger joint in town. So thank you people of smashburger I'll thank you for your kindness. Just no folks that go there that little window. It's four doordash Uber eats and all of the pickup orders. Thank you Tristan You can go inside and have a seat or enjoy a nice meal out on the patio. They are open 7 days a week and the food is the bomb. The bomb the bomb. Enjoy!
