Decent sized portions decent food not decent service SUPER AMAZING fried banana and ice cream

I have been trying to find some good ramen in Arizona and this was probably the best ramen I have ever had. I got tonkotsu original 2010 with some extra garlic and the noodles were cooked perfectly, the broth had an amazing flavor and all the food came out quick as well. I’d highly recommend the pork gyoza as well. Mix some of the gyoza sauce with 2 spoon fulls of the seasoning sauce with a spoon of the hot sauce and it tastes so good. Our server was Darek and he was super nice and explained the menu to us and was very attentive.

This place was so welcoming right when you walk in. I ordered the gyoza and miso chicken ramen, both were excellent! Our server Derek was also Amazing. Definitely recommend if you are looking for some amazing ramen.

I love the vegan options at Jinya, the Impossible buns are too good! The iced green tea is really refreshing and the ramen hits! I love the vibe too, loud dance music and the staff yells ARIGATO every time some one leaves, it's great! Today, Derek was my server. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the menu and how to accommodate vegan guests! Derek was very attentive and anticipated our needs expertly. Thanks Derek!

The creamy vegan ramen was thick and filling. I like that had multiple vegan ramen options, plus other menu items. The waiter recommended one of the vegan ramens as one of his three recommended dishes.

This was my first time at the Phoenix location vs the Chandler branch and both spots are fantastic. Having tried ramen all over Japan, I can say Jinya has some delicious food! My favorite is the Jinya Black Tonkotsu ramen and their gyoza are delicious too! Derek took excellent care of us and made sure our experience was amazing! ✨
