This was the first and last time I will go to this location. The girl at the counter was not very welcoming and borderline rude. The receipt says her name is Ruby. There were not any customers and it took 15 minutes for my tacos. I got 2 cabeza tacos, 1 pastor, and a nopal. The Nopal was good, the pastor was dry, and the cabeza tacos were OK. The tortillas were all room temperature. I don't like putting salt on my food when I go out to eat, but there tacos definitely needed it. I usually go to the truck, and I tell everyone Joe's Tacos has the best cabeza tacos. I started reading the comments after I ate and there are a lot of negative reviews about the service. It makes me wonder if it is the same person. Very disappointing visit. I'll continue to go the truck whenever I have a craving.

They probably need a better air conditioning and some music. Otherwise, I enjoyed the two pollo asada tacos with the works and the melted cheese taco shell.

Their food is good, one of the better quesadillas I’ve had. However that does not make up for the service. I ordered to go food got my wife a burrito with no meat and no onions. We got home and her burrito had both. I called there to let them know that I think they may have given us the wrong burrito and I was met with hostility and rudeness. The woman who answered the phone told me she didn’t have the power to do anything. All I asked was that she got a new burrito started cause my wife was on her way to get the right one she said she didn’t have the power to do that even though the kitchen was right behind her and she could have called it out. I was very disappointed with how she handled fixing an error on their part. Will make me think twice about going back.

Yoo this place is delicious. All the tortillas are handmade. I got the Naples and Pollo Asada Taco crispy style. The tacos were affordable and delicious. I wish the best for this place
