Went here for lunch today and the young man who took our order was not very welcoming to begin with, the food was mediocre at best. The person who helped with came out the dining area and a customer who was seated nearby had spilled his soda and cleaned it up with napkins. I informed the young man of this and he snapped; "I'll get to it".
I mentioned to my husband that that was unprofrossional for him to react in that manner. I will not return. Ever!

My only other experience eating at this restaurant was the one located in Disney World, so I wasn't sure what to expect. While it may seem a little pricey to pay $15 for a burger, tots, and a drink, the price was eased by prompt, friendly service. My basket of food was fresh, hot, and delicious. The store is clean, and the music volume and content were appropriate. I don't know if this place is like this all the time...maybe I'll return to find out.
Parking: It's in a popular shopping center.

Took 30 minutes to get 2 shakes. The straws are less than 1/4" wide so they get clogged the whole time.

Food was excellent, service was great. Tables wiped immediately, super clean, even bussed my table for me, glove changes and great food practices; Staff is beyond 5 stars.
Staffing 2 people on a Thursday night with online orders is a management failure. Posted "no cellphone zone" In customer views and clearly shows the level of micro-managing. Y'all are lucky to have the staff you do perform like they do. Consider keeping employee policies in employee view, it's already safe food practice so it's just perceived as a manager that would rather refer to a sign on the wall for all to see instead of being a human with human conversations and coaching. Wouldn't be surprised if cameras are a management tool, just a very weird vibe if you just look from a guest view.

After two long days of work, I was charging my car and trying to buy a late dinner before driving two hours home, and the young men said they had no food available. Everything was put away for the night. I won’t be going there anytime soon spotless and rude to customers who depend on you.
Love that they have gluten free buns and vegan shakes!

Johnny Rockets in Deer Valley offers a delightful blast from the past with its classic diner vibe and fun, 1950s Americana decor. The menu features all-American favorites like juicy burgers, crispy fries, and rich, creamy milkshakes served in a friendly and lively atmosphere. The staff is attentive and quick to serve, adding to the overall enjoyable experience. It's a great spot for families or anyone looking to enjoy a fun, casual meal. Whether you're in for a quick lunch or a relaxed dinner, Johnny Rockets consistently delivers a satisfying dining experience with a side of nostalgia.

I have sensitivities to mustard. Makes me itch if it touches my skin and i get very gassy if i eat it. We let the lady know 3 times. My burger was filled with mustard and it got on my hands ? no more Johnny rockets for me
Ordered a a Philly cheesesteak for myself, a bacon cheeseburger and an impossible burger for another friend. No big deal but the fact that I ordered no onions(which I have an allergy to) were on mine and my friends burger, who ordered no tomatoes on her bigger and there was a tomato! The food was not worth what I paid and I will not be coming back to this location. Also the restaurant has a total of 3 people working!

Feels like it's lost something re: table setup and abolishing table service, but the staff are all friendly. There was no wait for a table, it's fine. (Table setup: Bench seating is either for a 4 person table, or 2 person, it's not a row of bench that allows for flexible configurations. And if you sit at the 2 person table next to us, your seat is right on the seam.) Way down the list: straws are weirdly narrow for a place known for its milkshakes.
Kid-friendliness: They have a good kid's menu.

Johnny Rockets has to be the most underrated burger joint in Phoenix. The original is the quintessential burger and their onion rings are top notch.

We came in as a fairly large group for lunch, and they were not only able to take care of us, but made it a pretty excellent experience, so we would like to thank Kaycee, Shay, Breanna, and Kendrick for the excellent service, they are all amazing.
Vegetarian options: I'm not a vegetarian, but a few in my group were and options were available for them.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars for service. Kaycee and her staff Brianna, Shay & Kendrick are amazing. This place runs like a well oiled machine and the staff is so personable! We had a large group, 10+ people, and everything came out perfectly.
