Just Wow. I was skeptical of a hotel chain fine dining but boy was I wrong. This is the epitome of fine dining. You pay for it but definitely worth the splurge. The service is impeccable, knowledgeable and effortlessly works the room as a team. They answer questions about the artwork on the menu, they offer history lessons when asked and they describe each dish almost poetically. Not once does the waitstaff not know or say they will go ask. What an amazing dinning experience! I have never had such a meal where staff took such care in crafting and presenting a meal. You can tell they have a lot of passion for what they do. Highly recommend this dinning experience.
