I will start by saying that I love Kaleidoscope and have been a loyal customer for many years. I used to frequent the location that used to be inside the Madison Improvement Club in Arcadia Lite. Since then, I’ve been to the Scottsdale locations and the Gilbert location and have always had a great experience. I know and appreciate the quality of the products they use and make so I don’t mind paying the price because I feel it is fair. Unfortunately, I was pretty disappointed by my visit to this location today. I got the “secret menu” blueberry smoothie and the vanilla mint cold brew. The smoothie tasted good, but the texture was pretty unpleasant. It was chalky as if the protein powder hadn’t been fully blended in and it was also very icy. I did place a pickup order so I’m thinking perhaps it was prepared in advance and stored in the freezer to keep it cold until I arrived. I understand it can’t just be left out on the counter, but I think just storing it in the fridge would allow for a more pleasurable experience drinking the smoothie. I am used to creamy and delicious smoothies from here so the texture honestly ruined it for me. For a nearly 15 dollar smoothie, I definitely expect better. The cold brew was also a let down. I didn’t get any other flavors from it besides peppermint and it was so strong it was almost like drinking toothpaste. Peppermint is a very assertive flavor and must be handled with a light hand. I assumed it would be well balanced with the maple syrup, vanilla and milk, but I couldn’t taste anything else. The girl working was alone when I arrived and seemed quite busy. She was still friendly and accommodating. Despite the good service, I feel like I just wasted 25 dollars on 2 items that were mediocre at best and not even enjoyable to consume. For this reason, I do not plan to come to this location again.

Awesome little shop in a modern office building. The selection of drinks and snacks mirrors the other locations, but what makes this location special is the relaxed modern environment. You can sit inside or outside in the courtyard....as well as other convenient sitting areas.

Awesome hidden little gem in a corporate center close by work! Found it on Google maps and went in to get some smoothies on our lunch break. It's open to the public but the entrance was hard to find. It's next to the parking garage on the west side with a large door entrance. There is signs that lead you to the Kaleidoscope Juice bar in the building. Definitely a great spot to check out! Awesome service too!

One of the worst smoothies. Got a Kiss Vanilla, because I thought it’d be hard to mess up. I was wrong. It tastes SOUR. Not sure how they managed to make peanut butter and banana sour but they did. It tasted like sour water.

Worst smoothie I’ve ever had, tastes like blended unripe fruit and water.

Super swanky building and cute logo but there’s no actual fresh pressed juice here. The juices were all prepackaged cheaply in plastic bottles which probably only cost the company 50¢ ea wholesale. The metabolism juice I purchased for $11 tasted gross and just had no real flavor honestly I feel like I’ve been tricked. Nectar is a much better option

Employee tried to talk me out of a smoothie and suggested juice. Took about thirty minutes to get the smoothie. Good atmosphere and smoothie. Credit card machine also asked for a tip when the service was lacking. Plus hard to find in corporate center
