I will start by saying that I love Kaleidoscope and have been a loyal customer for many years. I used to frequent the location that used to be inside the Madison Improvement Club in Arcadia Lite. Since then, I’ve been to the Scottsdale locations and the Gilbert location and have always had a great experience. I know and appreciate the quality of the products they use and make so I don’t mind paying the price because I feel it is fair. Unfortunately, I was pretty disappointed...
