I was taken aback by the experience of being asked to leave simply because I didn’t meet their drink-per-hour requirement. This incident raises serious questions about their customer service and business ethics. While I understand the need for purchase requirements for non-patrons, being a paying customer and not occupying a full bar should exempt one from such treatment. This encounter left me unimpressed, especially considering I was on the verge of writing a positive review to support a local establishment. Unfortunately, until there’s an improvement in basic customer service and business etiquette, I won’t be returning.

First-timer. It was dark coming in from outside, I had to stand for a moment to let my eyes adjust, so that makes for a dramatic entrance~ Sat at the bar, everyone was kind and inclusive. Jade the Brew master (tea) gave me an idea of what it was all about. Very pleasant environment, many conversations were natural and open to all. I'm older than the patrons here but it was just a nice atmosphere and I enjoyed having a tea and the visit. I'm sure I'll return~

Quiet, friendly place tucked away in a small shopping mall. Server was very nice, her knowledge of kava and the menu was helpful in making a selection from the menu.I have never tried kava root. Yes, your tongue will go numb ?

Nice place but unfortunately they fly a giant Trump flag on the wall which I find quite offensive, distasteful and alienating, and not very intelligent in terms of business. I go out for a break from politics, among other things, not to have it shoved in my face.

I am so disappointed. I like this place but walked in today snd saw a big Trump sign on the wall.This means they are ok with a racist, molester, treasonous crook.So sad. I will find a new place and pass it on to my friends.

This place sucks. Dan is a piece of work and should not even be the manager of this place. He thinks he's a great manager but really he's the worst thing for the company. Look in the mirror buddy. I hear Safeway around the corner is calling your name. For the Love of God nobody even likes you. Go somewhere else you big titty l*****

It stuns me that Kavasutra can offer such low quality product across the entire nation. This business prides itself on the people they ban. Personally have never once heard a good thing about these bars, they are well known for their poor attitude, poor prices, poor quality, and all around poor service. There are plenty of other bars in the area. I'm glad Kava is gaining popularity, soon the competition will run these scam artists off.
