I ordered a family meal through the drive thru. The 2 sides were coleslaw and mashed potatoes with gravy. They didn’t get the lid of the gravy fully on and the gravy spilled all over everything inside the bag. The original recipe chicken: the skin was all soft and squishy. No hint of fried to it at all. Very disappointed. Do better KFC.

This past Friday night I got food at the drive-thru. The guy working the window gave me the food, but did not give back my credit card. Stupid me, I didn't notice until the next morning. I looked up my credit card online and found that someone made fraudulent charges starting a few hours after leaving the drive-thru. I reported the fraud and cancelled the card. I'll never go to this KFC location again!

How do I describe this place in one word disgusting They were rude inconsiderate cussing yelling screaming carrying on like crazy food was great but they had no self-respect or respect for the customers the children or the women who are in the building let alone men too My daughter asked them to quit being disrespectful in the way they were talking and cussing and carrying on three different times at the last time it was as we were leaving then they cussed my daughter out as she was going out the door saying there was no cussing and carrying on in the building at all and that was the manager who was speaking at that point I have never been to a place so foul in my life nor will I ever go back I would never suggest this place for God's sake don't take your family let alone your animals there's enough animals in their zoo there

Worst KFC in town. Waited 20 minutes for order, then they asked what I had ordered. Food was cold, they forgot the sauce also. No apologies, no anything. Avoid this store, untrained staff.
