This location was very busy. I think they were short staffed and seemed to be running out of food. Unfortunately, mistakes were made. However, the manager fixed them promptly. She was genuinely apologetic and took extra care to make sure we left satisfied. By far my favorite location, even on a "bad" day. Be patient friends, we are all human and doing the best we can...

KFC is awesome. Original chicken is awesome. Mashed potatoes are awesome. The $9.99 deal for 4 pieces of original chicken with mashed potatoes is awesome. And this is the only restaurant that I am not ashamed of when I have to tell my doctor about why my cholesterol is high.

I ordered online and went in to pickup my order. I was in the process of being made by I received excellent customer service from the get go. I love kfc so I'll be back to this location from here on.
