The wait time for food is unbelievable. They’re not understaffed. There’s about 5 people walking around in the kitchen area. Nobody dining in nobody in the drive-through. I’ve been waiting for 40 minutes out front.

Gave me the last 7 pieces of chicken left. All burnt and chicken in bad shape. Charged me full price or by the piece. Never going back to KFC.

The staff at this KFC are the best I have ever seen. All of them are polite and respectful. They are patient and never make you feel as if you are being rushed. The respectfulness goes beyond any I have come across in any fast food chain.

Very disappointed, unfortunately me and my family have to contact corporate and leave statements on the BBB and consumer website this facility has changed so much since the GM left and have done employees very wrong. I will definitely be updating everyone on what happened but now this has affected me and my family so unfortunately we have to take it to corporate.

Don't order anything that requires a fork or spoon you'll be told to use a knife instead because they can't order stuff properly also don't order french frys or cherry popers and expect to get them. Well done KFC you're team at this store is making the colonel very proud may he RIP knowing yall suck.
