I just moved to the area and have been at this kfc 4 times now. They have only actually given me dipping sauce on one order so far and are usually missing an item or two that I order. KFC is good, but this location is terrible.

Ordered through Uber Eats tonight. Most of the order was correct except for the chicken. We received 3 drums and 3 thighs when it should have been 2 thighs, 2 drums, breast and a wing. The reviews for this place are already disappointing but wanted to give them a chance. I will not be a returning customer.

7/15/24: My husband picked up one 3 piece, dark, original and one 3 piece dark extra crispy. Both turned out to be original. 7/25/24: He picked up the same 2 orders. Both had 1 breast, 1 wing, and 1thigh. They were the right recipe. I feel this is really poor service. People usually order what they do for a reason. We do not care for white meat. I prefer extra crispy because it isn't as peppery flavored. Food is way too expensive to constantly get what you did not order.
Spectacular attention to the chicken at the prefect point of cooking and crispy! My delirium is the beloved French Fries! I recommend this store 100% congratulations to the entire KFC team of this store!!!!

Every time I go to this store my order is short the correct amount of chicken or the sides are missing. One time is a accident but now it seems to be a pattern. You can maybe miss one piece of chicken but not 4 or more pieces.I'm pretty sure they are trained to not make your oder correctly and see if you come back to save them money. They have the worst customer service. The manger Rudy doesn't seem to care

They messed up my order, I order 16 pcs. Meal and 8 pics chicken with brownies we noticed they didn't put my brownies in the bag after 3 miles away so we turned around pick it up and when we got to my nephew's house we noticed the missing 8 pcs. Chicken was missing too and I was too tired to go back and too dam ? so my wife called them the next day they told us to come pick up 8 pics and we live 45 miles away from this location so we wait for the following weekend to pick it up and share it with my nephew and his family. So they asked me if I wanted to buy some more chicken I said no, I went to Popeyes.I know we make mistakes but it's inconvenient and wasting gas.

10 out of 10 manager Rudy was nice after driving to 75th Indian school witch never had chicken by the way .. Rudy was nice and had plenty of chicken to fulfil our order highly recommended

Just stopped by for a late lunch and we were pretty impressed for fast food at 3:30. Everything was hot and tasty like it was just made. The chicken tenders and fries were yummy. It's always a gamble when go to a fast food place at odd hours. Way to go KFC!!!!!!
