RUDE employees, they mess up your order every time and management is no help whatsoever. The franchise should close this location down.

This was my first time at this location. I went through the drive thru to place my order. Customer service was good. The food was delicious. I ordered the saucy Nashville Hot chicken. However, my food was not given to me at the window. I had to park and wait for my food to be brought to my car. There was no line in the drive thru and there was no crowd on the inside of this restaurant. I recommend this restaurant location and I do not recommend drive thru.

Consistently poor experience. My small mobile order was supposed to be ready at 6:07, and after going thru the drive thru they told me to wait out front for my order. After no one came out I went inside the store. My food was not ready until 6:31, and everyone else in the store said that they also came thru the drive thru and were also all waiting over 20-25 minutes for their orders as well. No one cared or apologized, or offered so much as a water cup while we were all waiting. This type of experience is VERY common at this location. Come at your own risk.

Waited in the drive-through for over 40 minutes and never got my order. mgr. never even apologized for wasting my time, I would recommend no one use this KFC, because the employees don't care about the service they're giving to their customers. The assistant manager at this location was rude..... I understand it's a Kentucky fried chicken, but the heck!
I want to say first Thank You all for showing up to work.The 8 piece original was great!!What disappoints is that the trash cans were overflowing and gross. The lobby wasn't that clean either however it is what it was.

This place seems very disorganized unfortunately, I ordered some chicken nuggets today and it took over 15 minutes to get them. I went through the drive-thru they told me to pull around to the front, and I sat in my car for like 10 minutes and still didn't see anybody, so I went in and waited in the lobby for a while until somebody finally came and talked to me, and then I finally got my food. The food was decent though, just not fast.

Service was quick. Drive thru order was completed in record time. However, the two famous bowls I got did not look appealing. I get a feeling part of the reason it was so quick is because the bowls were sitting under heat lamps for some time to make it easier when ordered. Easy isn’t always right. I used to get these where they looked like they were freshly put together. Also, 3 little dry pieces of chicken is not what it used to be. Haven’t had KFC in a while and based on these reviews and this experience, will probably be a while til I order KFC again. Don’t be cheap. Put them together when ordered and with a good amount of chicken.
