This kfc is good not the best but good and pjslays that left 1 star some of us like the Cold and feels good when they the temperature low feels better than the heat..if u dont like it eat outside

In my opinion most KFC is mid but when I’m really craving it, it hits the spot. However this location tends to run out of chicken and doesn’t have great service. I always find bones in my nuggets. When dining in I need a sweater because it is beyond freezing in there. It feels like they do not want people to dine in.

Gave this place another chance after a bad experience awhile back. WILL NOT GO BACK AGAIN!!!! Staff is rude. I ordered 12 PC meal extra crispy no wings replaced with thighs. I got original not all the way cooked chicken and they could care less.called and they were even more rude on the phone. How can you run a business like this. And they weren't even busy!! Terrible place. Churches get our business in the future

Ordered thigh and leg bucket original recipe on the app. Picked it up and it was the most worst chicken! The skin wasn't even cooked completely. It looked as though the chicken was on top of another whole cooking. Parts of the skin was the golden brown and there were large white areas on it where it was still white, not cooked and slimy. Not the slimy from original recipe grease slimy but uncooked slimy. YUCK! Maybe this was a one off, because haven't experienced this before. It went into the trash it was that bad. I recommend checking to make sure it's cooked properly before leaving.

Great food and friendly team, I went to the store last night, and that team was really good and fast , with great customer service.
I have lived in the area since 1996,and have had this KFC since then. For probably 15 years it was great. About 2 years ago, up until maybe 6 months or so ago, it was horrible. Long lines, order was always wrong,and rude people. That has totally changed,and everything and everyone has been great. I enjoy My KFC again. Thanks !!

If I’m doing a mobile order I should be able to pick it up via drive thru without the bad attitude EVERY SINGLE TIME. It’s always an older lady with white long hair that sounds disinterested, annoyed and rude. Stop putting her on the window she’s obviously not happy to be there. They also forgot to give me my Buffalo Ranch which I paid for.
Best thing KFC can do is either tear down this building or replace the whole staff.
Will not be ordering from here again.

Many times over customer service and scheduled pick up (hours ago), not consistent or accountable. Service also is painfully slow. Shameful practice. At the end food is okay.

Never go to this kfc very nasty staff and the manager lady is ring leader she needs to be terminated.. food is always old and cold and service is terrible.. don’t waste your money here believe the reviews and not the fake ones their employees make..
