I came in roughly at 6:25 - 6:30 pm and ordered all thighs, 12 pieces. I was told there will be a wait of 20' but I ended up waited for almost an hour. Everyone came in later and got servered first except for us. They kept on serving new people and left me and my baby waiting for almost an hour. No complimentary drink or anything on top of that. Finally I got up and asked for a cup so my baby can have a some water. That was my first time waiting for an hour for fast food. Wow...! Must say really really poor management!!!!Oh and on top of that, the chicken was overcooked and burnt!!!!! Guess they turned up the heat to make it up for the time.One hour of waiting is unbelievable!!! just unbelievable. The only thing why I didn't leave was because I already paid.
