This place was recently remodeled. The stablishment looks better, but the staff still is very slow and the dining is dirty and unattended. We ordered a family meal to dine in, and we didn't get any plates or utensils. Seems like the staff is overwhelmed with the orders and is missing many food items so a lot of substitutions are done by the manager. I think his name is Dave.

Bad service....again. What's wrong with this company KFC. I stopped visiting them since 2017-2018 I think... due to bad service and they are still the same... I went today and there are no dishes to eat there. They do not have sodas in any presentation, this happened or I realized after paying and placing the order at the machine... they have to make certain and good options to provide better customer service.

Never again. I waited almost 40 minutes for my food which I figured was cool if my food was fresh. It was the complete opposite. I ordered crispy chicken and got old original which you can tell had been sitting for hours. If you would not eat it please don't serve to your customers. I work to hard for my money to be ripped off

I never post reviews, and I think people over exaggerate when they say to never come and order food from the place, but I can confidently say that you should never go to this dump. Time after time for years on end this place has always either screwed up the order, or we had to wait LONG periods of time, usually both. Today we had to wait an hour and 10 minutes for our food, after being repeatedly told to wait “a couple more minutes”. The best part? Our order was butchered, we were given NO breasts, and 4 mash potatoes instead of 2 mash and 2 coleslaw, and they refused to give the coleslaw. This place should be shut down, but since it won’t, I urge all who see this, never go to this place, ever. And for those who’ve gone, never come back.

This KFC is whack been going there for the last month and somehow they're always out of pot pies they don't know how to order enough you would think if they keep on supposedly running out you would order enough to make it through the week. Also how do you go there and they say oh we're out of Pot pies for the day. What cause you're too lazy to cook one that is ridiculous and sad why are you working there then trashiest KFC around slowest service people are joke employees are a joke I wish a manager would contact me I'm a general manager of a business and the customer service and the way this KFC represents itself trash .This is ridiculous in this place should be shut down

Worst KFC . This is the second time I've ordered here. I go and get the food because I get a notification that it's ready and when I get there I still.have to wait 30 to 40 min for the order. I asked for the refund and they say they can't and I have to cancel on the app but it doesn't let me since it says it's ready for pickup. Worst location I've ever ordered at.

I went in through the drive though then they instantly told me to go inside to order. I said it was an online order. They then said my food wasn’t ready to park in the front. I waited inside because it still wasn’t ready. They gave 3-4 their food before me. Then finally a worker ask how he can “help” and I said I’m here for the online order and a worker says she has it. So instead of giving me my order. They were holding it in the back. The girl that took my order through the drive through was keeping my order just because she was being petty. I hate fast food workers so much. Like please just do your job or don’t come in.
