actually the most off putting drive thru experience of my life. my bf and i pulled up to order, wanted to look at the menu first. the employee asked what we wanted to order and we said we need a minute and he said ā€œwhat are we waiting for?ā€ like maybe gave us 10 seconds to look and we immediately left and went to popeyes because they are nice and give their customers time to look at their menu. idk who or what hurt that guy but he was so rude for no reason at all

I ordered my food they didn’t have it ready GM TOLD ME WAIT 15 minutes I was starved he said get the tenders I said ok went home food was cold tender was hard overcooked called to let them know I went back GM TOLD ME HES NOT GIVING ME FREE FOOD he forgot what he told me I had to show him my bank statement proof I paid he said I was lying stay away nasty attitude this is the same person everybody is complaining about he needs to stop being so ridiculously annoying and learn customer service he even turned off the soda machine Hispanic tattoos ugh 😣 he gave me the ick!!!!!

I have not went to this KFC for the last year but back in July I ordered food online and when I got to the window everything was screwed up my food was not right when I tried to speak with the worker an African American man with a lot of tattoos started talking down to me putting me down and telling me he was going to have me arrested I called the company reported him never heard back fast forward to today today November 5th I went in there ordering chicken again I ordered online but when I got there I needed to order something else as soon as I got to the register the manager and the African American man still working there started to talk about me and state to each other that I'm the one that called and reported them 4 months ago 5 months ago when I called them out on talking about me through their earphones and in front of me they told me I was wrong and that they only said my name because I made an order which was not true I have a video of it then when I asked the manager if he was the regional manager he said he was I kind of laughed and he said what was funny was it because he was Hispanic had tattoos I was racial profiling him I said no it was because the way you were speaking to me in this restaurant/ establishment in front of other customers and myself he started to talk stupid to me and tell me if I was going to act childish which I was not doing and I have a video to prove it that I can leave his store when I told him that he could not refund my money I ordered it through Google pay he continued to ask me that I want my food or did I want my money I told him could I please get my food in those words exactly and continued recording both employees talking about me to each other another customer came in and the same general manager started an argument with him in Spanish to the point that this man was trying to get the manager to go outside but the manager was hiding out in the room and the African-American worker came to the front and told that customer to leave the store I have all of this on video which I am going to include in this review but I am warning any and all residents of Arizona to avoid the KFC on 43rd Avenue right off of the I-17 it's more like 43rd and McDowell I guarantee it will be worth your while to go to another KFC as this KFC has a lot of problems and until the company taking it serious that their workers are treating customers as if they're getting free food that they didn't pay for and should be grateful and not giving any respect to any customer that comes in there they are rude condescending and disrespectful you would expect that out of a Teenage employee but to grown men one of which is supposed to be a general manager you would think the company would take this more serious as of right now if they do not take this complete serious I will take it to the courts and anybody that's had any problems with KFC is welcome to join me it would not let me post a video so these are the pictures of the two employees that are rude disrespectful condescending and need to be fired

I pre-ordered my food online when I got here they gave me my food and forgot to put my fries in I didn't know until I was halfway home but when I came back they said they had to drop a whole new batch which is fine but I have a 9-month-old baby with me and now the other food that I had is cold no apology or anything just you have to wait the reason why I pre-ordered so I wouldn't have to wait with my child

ordered from the location on 1425 n 23rd ave on phoenix for pickup at 9:10 pm. The order was supposed to be ready at 9:18 and they don’t close until 10. I paid online for a chicken sandwich and a chicken little combo with no mayo and got to the restaurant about 9:24. When we got our order we got four chicken little with mayo and waited in the drive through for somebody to come back and help us while the lady at the window pretended not to see us at 9:33 pm. We then went to the front door which was locked and we knocked til someone new came out and claimed they had no more chicken sandwiches and they automatically come with mayo which is bs considering they give you the option to take it off online and I’ve ordered this many times before and got what I ordered from other locations. I also got no refund and would like one asap . I get being upset if somebody orders close to closing but an hour ahead of time shouldn’t be this much of an issue and I want my refund asap and will be seeing who I can come into contact with to make that happen.

Went to the drive thru at 8pm. Was told they aren’t taking any drive thru orders only online orders (per the manager) and they didn’t close until 10pm. Refused to take my order with 2 hours before closing. Horrible service do not recommend going here!

We ordered an extra large mash potatoes besides the one that comes with the meal. And its ridiculous. The bowl is not even full and definitely less than half. So this is NOT a large. I buy large size for my family size and to get home and see this amount is sad. I wish I could upload the picture.. the biscuits are hard as a rock as well. So disappointing.
