I ordered a 12 piece spicy wings after waiting 5 mins I was told it would be 20 mins. ( there was no one else waiting). When I asked why so long for hot wings I was told they took 7 mins to cook but the cook had to bread them. Being that im a chef I know it doesn’t take a min to bread a wing. 7 mins took and 13 mins to bread 12 wings. Horrible service. Probably was going to cook the wings frozen.

Was not crowded at all. Just a few people 1 guy complaining about the chicken being like a day old. And he wanted fresh chicken. Which it was freshly cooked I saw it with my own eyeballs lol. Just needs to hold a little more juice. Slightly dry.

Ordered 78.00$ dollars including a tip on 9/26 for my family as a rare treat, we were missing 3 side items + a piece of chicken that was clearly taken off the top in the bucket with the lid left open, called them directly and the woman was not nice stating she knew it was all there because she packed it herself, I said well it must have been your delivery service then she says well you would have to deal with them, I didn't contract thru them they did? No responsibility on their part what so ever. We have decided at this point it's just not worth going back to KFC ever again. Will just switch to Church's from now on ....

By far the worst KFC I’ve ever experienced. They couldn’t even hand the food through the drive-thru window, made me pull up and wait over 30 minutes for a single Famous Bowl. No one at the front counter the entire time, phones ringing with no answer, and staff clearly uninterested in helping customers. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable service.

Customer Service was helpful in informing us that a new batch was coming if we wanted to wait. We ordered a large bucket, classic style, from the store to take home. We have loved KFC for years, and it is our go-to fast food. However, today everything changed! First, the skin was all mushy due to the steam, and we had less than 5 minutes to get home. Second, the chicken lacked flavor, as if we were eating slightly better than boiled chicken. The mushy skin also lacked any seasoning. I don't know if this is just this store or if KFC has changed its recipe, but we have lost confidence and no longer desire to buy KFC again.
Never go here. Never eat here. I won't again. Almost sure to have a bad experience or get sick, god knows I did.

Second time I've come here and ask for original recipe and I get crispy. Do they not know what original is. Also the staff is always rude as if it's a bother for them to serve you. The soft drink is supposed to be a medium but more like a small. Biscuits are hard. All in all i ate it because I was hungry and I couldn't go back to return it.

Ordered a number 1. 2 piece.. leg and thigh .. asked for fries .. spent 9.98 . Got home the chicken was old and I got mashed potatoes. I definitely starving so I ate it . No longer the. 10 mins it came back up I'm sure the old chicken wasn't sitting right.
Not to mention for just 5 bucks I could have got what I spent 10 bucks on

Drive thru classic chicken sandwich. Got home (5 minutes away) sandwich was cold, dry, stringy, and almost tasteless. Too much effort to take back. Yuck. Also, Dr Pepper tasted like carbonated brown-dyed water.
