Most of the ladies working here are always rude!!!A handicap gentleman came in ordered a Pot Pie, the black lady that looks like a man and Spanish told him they didn't have any Pot Pies then another worker said it will it would take 22 minutes.Get home and my chicken looks like the (attached image) ?

I just bought a 16-piece Family Meal when I got home there were only 13 pieces. While I was waiting, several people who had already ordered Drive thru entered the store, claiming several things about their orders, they must improve because we are paying for a complete service.

Got take out at this location, missing 4 chickens and the tenders aren’t even tenders. Missing all the sides no coleslaw, no mash potatoes and gravy. I don’t know what is up with this location.

I literally just got home and when i got out of the car the bag tore from the bottom. And my food fell out of the bag i was so mad i threw the food away it was a bowl and a small side of mac chesse i called to see if they would remake my order and they said they would if i brought back the food by than i just gave up im not gonna dig in the trash to take that back

Said to wait 2 minutes for the fries I order a Dr Pepper and a sprite well dissent get the Dr Pepper got some Diet Coke the sprite was not sprite some other drink well the fries was not fresh when we got are order. And the manager was there to n we waiter 2 mins for some fires they said was being made n wasent even fresh lieing to people u should be fired Liz

The food was ok. Had to ask for condiments and the staff flat out refused to open the restroom until money had changed hands. There was a family with small kids in line before me that had to use the bathroom and even they couldn't go until a purchase was completed! The cashier was incredibly rude too!

Ordered a 4 peice- Yuck, Coleslaw tasted fishy. Biscuit was like a dry bland lump of flower. Soggy greasy chicken certainly not how I remember it... $15 bucks & they wouldn't even throw in a single sauce (like ranch) with it :( Save your stomach & also some $$ and just pick up fresh fried chicken at Fry's a block away.

Doors were locked when lobby was listed as open during nearly the middle of the day. Drive through personal were rude. Wait time was excessively long. Clearly a very mismanaged location. Corporate should probably consider a change of leadership or shut it down. No bueno for their brand at all. Not that KFC really has a great brand in the first place.

This place is disgusting, food is constantly far below kfc standards or any chicken to be frank, service is slow and always comes with a I don’t wanna be here attitude, no one uses gloves or goes by osha clean standards. This place is a lawsuit waiting to happen, and this will be my last time ever coming here. Very disappointed would not recommend

I live in the area and no joke every time, I get a different bad experience. Whether the charge or not getting what I ordered correct. It's been a few years now sadly I only visit a few times a year and always disappointed. The main issue is the 6 foot man/lady manager with the purple hair please let her go already so many negative reviews here mainly getting the order wrong then getting massive attitude when you ask them to fix their mistakes ...no apology just horrible service....guess I've been hopeful I get decent service the next time but no.
