Horrible...employees ignored me when went to pickup my online order which was not received online, they barely spoke English, and discussed me and my order to each other in spanish, and blew me off, I guess because I'm not hispanic...then when the order was finally placed ( by an anglo manager), I got it home and it was STILL WRONG, wrong items and missing items. I'm not a bigot, but I believe that employees should be fluent in English to take care of customers...I'm thoroughly pissed, and will be calling corporate about this...

This location is so unprofessional and the employees are horrible and extremely rude to the customers. The staff work so slowly and take forever to give you your food.plus the food isn’t even good the chicken is dry and the employees don’t wear gloves and they always forget to put all your food in the bag I do not recommend coming to this restaurant ever

They gave me a few honeys and said they couldn't give any extra because their boss wouldn't let them. I asked for crispy chicken and was given original. The chicken was dry like it was sitting out on the warmers for several hours.

The workers there are some the rudest people i have ever met. I asked for a cup for water and the young lady gave it to me in such a rude way and when I went to get the water. I found that there soda machine didn't work and when I told her she shrugged her shoulders and rolled her eyes and was like oh well.. people like that shouldn't be in the service industry.

I work in the area.. came in teoce both time customer service was TERRIBLE.. Pamela has zero customer service skills.. she says she 56 years old and i guess that enough reason to be rude to customers.. I can write a novel on my experience. Pamela needs to be fired she does not need to be working customer service.. i asked if my combo came with two sides and and her response was come on now and when I asked her, where was her customer service?Her response was, you must not have been here before. That's just a piece of the interaction. My first experience, my order was not correct. When I went inside to get it corrected, it still wasn't correct. I ended up getting to work with the incorrect order.. i only come here because it's close to my job. And we don't have much time for a lunch break.So dealing with people like Pamela, on a short amount of time is very frustrating..
