I'm not sure whats going on at this corner of Baseline and Central but they only have one job. The chicken here has many different personalities. Dry, salty, soggy, tasteless and I'm not even gone start on the customer service here. They prepare all that chicken thinking they will sell it fast but it sits under those lights drying out. And where does this chicken go, to the first online delivery.
This is not the way KFC should treat their loyal customers. All the negative reviews here will not be addressed by the owner or manager because they don't care.

This place improved over the years workers was really rude back then but now definitely worth a go service quick and people are friendly

The drive through cashier on 11/20/25 precisely at 2:55pm has been horrible. I work in the customer care department and this employee needs to go through trainings to learn how to welcome customers. Rude look and condescending behavior will make the store loose not just one client but all members of my family and their friends . She has a job because there are clients, without customers, she would have not been hired. That makes me wonder who the person who hired her is ! No matter how good the food can be in a store, which is not the case here for all the menue according to the reviews I am seeing here, if it has a bad customer service , it loses value and customers.

It was not busy inside or outside, but it took almost 30 minutes before they gave me 12 cold nuggets and a small incorrect sandwich, barely warm. They obviously forgot about me and didn't apologize or offer new food. Don't waste your lunch hour here

I just ordered 3 pot pie on Uber eats and let me tell you it's the best pot pie I ever had and it got to my house hot fresh out the oven the best I ever had

After reading all the bad reviews I'm shocked that everything was excellent for me! Chicken was hot and juicy and delicious, coleslaw was juicy and not dry and potatoes were hot with plenty and gravy for my warm biscuit! (And no I am not the manager 😂)
Employee was friendly and the restaurant was clean. What more can I say!

Avoid this if youre an uber eats driver. Even when it pays good. This place will turn an estimated 7 dollar order for 15 minutes into a 7 dollar order for 35-45 minutes. Then the customers going to be mad... 2 options at that point. Cancel and take a chance of not being fired or being reported by the customer for whatever reason because theyre already mad for waiting so long and also get fired for it. Just avoid it. Customers will also take tips away and another thing i forgot; They will make you wait 10 minutes until sometimes they say someone else picked the food up. Uber will not pay you for that.

DO NOT EAT HERE!! WORKERS ARE NASTY AND LACK HYGIENE WHEN DEALING WITH FOOD. THE WAIT TIME IS TOO LONG. THE EMPLOYEES WERE RUDE AND DISMISSIVE FOR NO REASON. WAITED 25 MINUTES FOR A DRIVE THROUGH ORDER, IN WHICH, THEY FORGOT ABOUT ME. I HAD TO GO THROUGH DRIVE THROUGH AGAIN SO I COULD ASK ABOUT MY ORDER. WHY IS THIS LOCATION STILL OPEN. ONE OF THE COOKS CAME OUT AND WAS TALKING TO SOME GIRLS IN THE NEXT CAR, SMOKING A CIGARETTE, THEN HE WENT BACK INTO THE RESTAURANT TO COOK YOUR FOOD AND DID NOT WASH HIS HANDS. THE CASHIER UP FRONT WAS CLEANING THE DINING ROOM WITH A BROOM AND BAGGING TRASH, SHE RETURNED TO THE KITCHEN TO PACKAGE SOME ORDER AND DID NOT WASH HERE HANDS. THIS PLACE IS NOT MANAGED WELL AT ALL.

Nothing will take away from the yumminess of this chicken. I am forever grateful. When I visited this located there was a rude cashier that wouldn't want to give us utensils to dine in. I asked a couple of times. There were some on the counter behind her, I politely asked for only one even though my fiancé was dinning in with me and he needed one too, we would have to share, she said said those were not available for us..... well I sat back down and waited for the manager so I could ask her for a utensil, as soon as she saw me at the counter waiting for the managers attention, she threw a spoon at me, very rudely and disgraceful. I will not be visiting that location again.

I stopped at this location to pick up my order, two 4pc taste of kfc meals and a large coleslaw. They shorted me 2 biscuits and 2 mashed potatoes. That in itself is over $5.00, and all I get is well you can come back and well give you some free stuff. Not possible for me as I am a truck driver in the middle of a run and I really did not want to pay for another Uber.

Two people working, too busy to say hello or we will be right with you even after they noticed you were at the counter! Biscuits were a bit dry. Otherwise, the meal was good!
