Terrible experience, ordered online, drove to location. Pulled into the drive through and was told we have to go in for mobile orders (kind of negates the whole order ahead thing, even the menu in the drive through says to order ahead in the app and pick up in the drive through!). Go inside and am told I have to fill out a form on a clipboard before they will give me my food, information like name, whether you are ordering in the app or if you are a delivery driver, signature, order number, and a few other things. Then I have to wait on top of already waiting to leave so I would be there when the app said it would be ready. Stay away at all costs, terrible location, terrible staff, terrible service.

The chicken I ordered was not original recipe and it was really dry. KFC everywhere is no longer the same. It's really unpredictable. I won't waste my money there again.

Being honest I don't think I'll probably come back to this one ever again they couldn't get anything right I turned around went to drive through ordered and they got it all wrong plus they had me park in the front to get my order on top of that everything was all wrong again I had to go back inside talk to the manager and the manager never came out because he look like he was drugs he looked at tweaked out of his mind when I was trying to ask him something he was chewing on his gum like a horse chews on hey they have finally got I grabbed my stuff and got the hell out of there never to come back again
