I went in a little after 8pm , asked twice at the door, again again at the counter if restaurant was open until 10 pm, both employees, who were friendly , said yes. As soon as I received my four piece order, guy mopping the floor , very unprofessional, says, just to let you know we are closing the lobby in about 20 minutes...that is something to tell the customer before they take their order, I only ordered dine-in because I have a long ride on the light rail home & wanted to relax a little...store really needs to train some of their employees to get a clue!

Was there 5 minutes ago. Paid $15 for five piece chicken strips, get home and have three. How hard is it to count the main item in an order? Nothing else was ordered to cause confusion. So now I'm still hungry and ripped off.

The chicken came crispy, biscuits tasted pretty fresh and overall it was a positive experience, I see a couple bad reviews but it seems as they stepped up they game recently.
The food was really good but I did find it odd that the half gallons of lemonade aren't cold. I might try it again someday but I'll pass today.

There’s a KFC that’s much closer to me, and repeatedly there have been problems. Ranging from running out of chicken and unable to fulfill a chicken order I already paid for, sides we requested that I paid for, did not give us items we paid for, and overall just a bad experience.
This KFC here at this location has never given me any of those excuses, never forgot any items I purchased, food is awesome and fresh, and always has been extremely friendly. I’m really glad I can still get my KFC fix at a reliable spot - even if I have to drive a little bit further just to get great KFC, it’s worth every penny.
*EDIT* I ordered for pickup through the KFC app, I did not use the drive-thru ordering.
