Worse kfc there is! Order them 4 different times same day, in an hour and they don't send my gravy any of the times and half fill sides when others are filled. Literally taking $24+ dollars in sides and only refunding $6.96. What a joke of a service who left me on hold for 15 min and dropped my call. Customer service line was equally as awful but atleast they reply! Don't work at a business If you can't read, count and do basic things. Do not recommend it!

Order from Uber not their fault. KC only gave us 1 breast suppose to be 2 breast in order, 3 legs and 2 thighs and 2 wings. Very disappointed.

I should have known from seeing the rating on google that this place has.. so me and my partner call at around 8:30pm just to check if they have enough chicken and the lady answered saying ‘yes they have chicken.’ But when we go order from DoorDash at the same location they wanna tell DoorDash that they don’t have enough ingredients for what we ordered.. which isn’t a lot.. just an 8pice family meal that’s it smh and this isn’t the first time this has happened to us. Who ever the manager is there needs to be fired for not order enough ingredients/food for that place.. like how do you run a chicken place with not enough chicken lol !! Manager seems lazy.

When I got my food it was not hot I don't think it was even cooked and it just has a poor rating all in general and you don't get what you request because they're all either all out or they don't have anything

I’ve given this KFC three chances and all three times they have disappointed. The first time I came I was at the drive through during business hours they did not answer through the speak. I came to the window and the kid working there looked confused when I asked if they were still opened. He asked his coworker and then asked what I wanted depended on it…Mind you it was 9:07pm and they close at 10pm. The second time I came I asked for large fries and was given a mini bucket of fries, puzzled I told him I ordered fries not chicken. He said it was fries, the bucket wasn’t full which was fine obviously, I’m guessing they ran out of French fry boxes, the issue is I was giving stale end cuts of fries that appeared had been sitting there for a while and were the last of the fries. This third time I am here in the morning, they open at 10am and have been waiting since 17 minutes with another vehicle behind me. Not one person answered the intercom nor came to the window and the store appeared to be empty, as well as the doors were locked. While I was on the phone with corporate and employee had just arrived at 10:15am and when I asked her if they were barely opening or if I could order she looked back as another employee opened the back door and slammed the door! The other employee could of notified the customers waiting that she wasn’t opened because her coworker hadn’t arrived. Definitely will be the time I waste my time there.

Wanted to take a moment to shout out to the crew at this Specific KFC.

I had placed an order with door dash, it never arrive even after nearly 2 hours from the point it was confirmed picked up at KFC (The DoorDash app still showed driver waiting for pickup at the time I am typing this).

Several call to DD got me nowhere.

Went to the KFC directly and the manager and the crew there were amazing.

Not only did they listen to my complaint, they made it right by me when they did not technically have to.

Been doing Customer Support/Service for nearly 40 years, this had to have been one of the best experiences in a less than ideal circumstance I have experience in a long while.

Kudos to you guys at KFC as this is exactly what CS should be.

I don't understand why they have a dive thru if they only take online orders. Always with the excuse they are short staff. Its ridiculous! To dine in oh forget it, youngsters just in the back talking. Customers service horrible.
