Every time I come to this location they're out of something. Out of chicken, mashed potatoes, mac and cheese. They lock their doors hours before closing time. I like kfc but dont buy it often for this same reason of not coming to this location. I dont know how this place is still open.

I waited almost 1 hour for my food.The food was cold and besides that they gave me the wrong order . I tried to go in and talk to the manager Shawn and he was so unprofessional he didn’t do anything about this and refuse to attend me !!

Went thru drive thru, ordered a 3 piece that comes with 2 sides.....I asked for mashed potatoes and Mac n cheese. Got home and had gotten 2 Mac and cheese...chicken was cold n so was Mac and cheese. Tried calling them but no answer!!?!!

I’ve waited for 46 minutes just to tell me they’re out of chicken the manager and I believe a guy named angel were outside the whole time with other guys and nobody told me that they’re out of chicken and I am waiting for nothing I got fed up went in and there was a guy in there and he’s like I am not sure let me call angel he calls angel. Angel is outside and he don’t answer his thing so have to go grab him and he replies with I don’t remember making this order so he had to grab the manager to give me a refund who was outside the whole time with angel and sum other guys. They could’ve literally told me they don’t have chicken instead of losing the order and making me wait 46 minutes just so disrespectful and they were outside the whole time and I am literally right there

The worst kfc ever they never have what you really want I ordered the hot wings they were burnt and tasted 3 days old, they didn't have the chicken pot pie I ordered, the fries where wet, I work 12hr shifts so i couldn't take it back i really wasted my money and I will NEVER eat kfc again. They need better management and they need to tear this kfc down because it's dirty as well.

If I can give this place minus stars it would be -5, this place always has an issue, they run out of chick at 6pm, they are short staffed, 2 people there one taking orders and packing while the other one is cooking, can’t use the drive thru, cause they have no staff if I wanted to get off I would have KFC needs to get it together where is the owners or managers at???

Order the Mac and cheese and famous bowl no corn extra cheese they park me from 3:22 pm to 3:45 pm food took 25 minutes after receiving it’s the Mac where cold and looking old and the famous bowl had corn no cheese

This has to be the worst kfc ever. This is my 2nd time coming to this location and I’ve waited 25 plus minutes for my order. They all just hide in the back 0 communication. They should hire more people or fire the leader that’s on shift. Terrible
I eat KFC here and there, but today I just wanted to say that I’m an uber driver, and I had run out of water by the time I got to two stops before arriving here at this KFC. The girls were really sweet here and offered me a drink without me asking just because they were waiting on wedges for the Uber order I was picking up. This meant a lot to me as I had already been working close to 5 hours today with no break. Madelyn and Jackie were so so kind.
