I am pregnant and I usually crave the chicken, corn and mashed potato bowl around this time I know they close at 10 but the is the second time they are closed around 9:30pm and the staff was standing outside chatting and laughing and I asked them if they are open and they said “no” and I said I thought you guys close at 10 and they said “yea we closed up already” which is frustrating because I was really craving it and it’s the only one that’s nearest to me idk if your staff is closing earlier maybe they don’t like there job but you guys need to hire people who work the actual hours this is false advertising the website says your open until 10 pm but by 9 pm you guys are closed

Went through the drive thru. I ordered a box meal, told them that I have a coupon for the box meal. So when I got up to the window to pay, they still wanted to charge me the full price. I asked what about my coupon? The reply was oh yeah, sorry about that. Maybe that's standard practice?

First time at this KFC , I purchased their special of 6pc chicken with 3small servings-/ I enjoyed the freshness of the chicken , though I will say the side orders were about two spoons full -/ real small plastic containers ?— but it was a pleasant and peaceful facility . I would stop there again if around that area. ?

This location is definitely getting worse rather than better. This will make it the 3rd time (within 2 months) I have attempted to order either through the drive thru or in person. This time it was 8pm, Online it says closing time is 10 pm when I attempted to go through drive thru, all lights were on but Noone was taking my order ,I went around I seen 4 male teenagers. Just there by the counter goofing off with music . Very unprofessional!

This store really needs to get their act together and give US what the family meal says. Do you guys NOT know how to give breast! Don't advertise what your"family" meals come with when you don't give it. Inside cashier guy was pretty cool, got the order right the first time was nice not having to repeat it. The chicken tenders seemed like they were sitting for sometime tho. Can't believe they were out of honey of all things. They should get rid of their nasty fries and bring back the potato wedges. Way better choice
I came to get a KFC meal for my family and I for the superbowl and the doors were locked but I noticed people were in there ordering food. So one of the employee comes to the door and said that the store was closed BECAUSE OF THE SUPERBOWL! So I asked him why is there people in there and he said that they were already in there ordering food before they closed. The most part that pissed me off was that he said you can go to the drive thru or order online only. The fact that these employees closes the door to watch the Super Bowl while being at work and not attending there clients and sending the to the drive thru is unprofessional. Way to loose clients. No wonder this is a 2 star ⭐️

Id be cautious ordering food and spending your money here. It can be a hit or miss here when your order they'll either give you fresh food or food that's been sitting there forever. You take a gamble eating here . I requested my order fresh and they gave me stale food , I even waited like 15 minutes. The food did not taste fresh at all, I ordered the chicken nugget bites they were stale like rocks. I should've taken them back

This KFC is trash!! Everytime we come they either dont have an item on the menu or their drive thru doesn't work , we literally spent 30 minutes waiting for someone to take our order in the drive thru and nobody had the courtesy to let us know it wasn't working nor does it have a sign to let ppl know and when we pulled up to the window we still waited 10 minutes before someone helped us and they didn't even apologize for the inconvenience nor did they offer to take our order they just told us to go inside HORRIBLE COSTUMER SERVICE we will never be coming back here again.
