I am not sure what is going on at this location. Always out of chicken serve is lacking and the food is always bad. Most of pre-made food is cold. Recieved uncooked chicken. Just a disappointment

For two days in a row, I've come here each time they say that they don't have any food available and there's a 15 to 20 minute wait after 15 to 20 minutes. I was asked what my order was wasting my time of life worst service I've ever experienced in my life what I don't understand is why they do not ever have food prepared. This whole store needs to be fired and rehired. I don't see how it's still in business. I'll never eat her again.

Just stopped there for lunch two of the chicken tenders and waffle boxes. The Chicken was dry and hard I think it was from previous night waffle overcooked and dry. I threw away two of the tenders they were to hard and dry to eat. I recommend any other KFC then this one

Clean restaurant and restroom. Employees are stressed out. Long wait for food. They ran out of biscuits and corn. Chicken was a bit over cooked and extra salty this time. KFC can be hit and miss.

Kristina with a K is very rude and needs to be fired what general manager takes tips from employees and treats them so rudely? Theres a nice way to speak to people and thats not one of them its always the higher up people who arent customer facing who are the rudest i cant give a store my money if their management treats the hourly employees like trash

Took 10 minutes before even being acknowledged in the store, my pick up order was ready 25 minutes after the stated ready time and when I finally got home with it all they gave me were legs and wings in my chicken, which was not what I ordered. Will not be back to this location. The woman whom I assume was the manager was completely rude.
The Mac and cheese was really good. The biscuits were fresh and the chicken was cooked perfectly!

First off, they ran out of chicken... Second off, they didn't replace the chicken they ran out of with tenders like the cashier said they could ... I even heard the cook tell him he couldn't make more because he put the stuff away... It was 9:20...they close at 10...we ordered around 9pm online!!! I understand glitches, but this is negligence. So long story short I received half my order which was halfway edible...as in the tenders were not good. And the fries tasted undercooked but also overcooked at the same time. Another customer didn't even receive his drinks with his order and had to ask for them. Do better please, I work food too.
