Fresh hot food comfort food down home country cooking
Placed a pick up order and said it will be ready at 9pm so I show up at 905 and they have me pull to the front of the store to wait out of the drive thru "for 5 minutes" for fresh chicken. Cool. Then 20+ minutes later they finally bring out the food AND ITS COLD! Plus they forgot all the sauces and a 3 piece tender. So I pulled back into the drive thru and all they say is I'm sorry pull to the window and hand me a COLD 3 piece. I ask if this food was fresh and this girl lies straight in my face. My son hadn't ate and we weren't waiting another 30 minutes so we just left. Get home and the ONLY thing that was hot, was the chicken sandwhiches. Chicken tenders, fries and mashed potatoes were ice cold. I knew we should have went to Churches đ

I ordered ahead in the app and my food was still 30 minutes late. I was told to go into the lobby instead of the drive thru and then had to watch while the drive thru was helped instead of the 10 people standing around inside. This location is always understaffed and under supplied. The workers did their best, but their manager did not lead well, handle customer complaints, or assure anyone on either side. Also the floors are very sticky. Don't go here, go out of your way to get the same food and you'll get to eat at least 10 minutes sooner.

My experience at this KFC was terrible. My wife and I ordered takeout inside the dining room smell like wet rags. We waited a good 20-30 minutes just for a 12 piece meal. Weâve been to other KFCâs it donât take that long There was a long wait for other customers why has so many employees if you gonna be backed up? Got home and noticed our order was not complete. Call the KFC spoke to an employer and they said we do not remember that order. I repeated the order from the receipt that I had and they said itâs not in our system. Not only that the chicken was not cooked all the way you can tell whatâs cooked and what is still frozen if I wouldâve thought my chicken was gonna be cooked by myself at home, I wouldâve just went to supermarket and buy my own chicken coleslaw was really dry if I could give everything a half a star, at least half a star for an effort for trying

+30 minutes waiting⊠there were people who came after I placed my order and left before!!!
My family visited KFC in the drive thru when Christina took our order. She was extremely short from the minute we pulled up. We had asked her there are any deals going on and she quickly said âwell you can see it on the menuâ where we replied it wasnt there. She said oh well it must be on our window. There was a pause and then she e asked what is was. She said âdo you want the deal or notâ we said yes and got the tenders. We also got another meal and asked for a drink. We asked if that $5 deal with came with a drink and she said âfor $5? Noâ. We felt immediately disrespected and when we got the window, she didnât look at us when she gave us our total and took our cash. No receipt was given and she handed the food over to us. That was the end of the transaction. I called KFC to talk to the manager but she said she was the manager. I asked for her name and she gave me Christina.

We went to 7th Ave and Thomas location yesterday. Oh my God it was so bad the bread was hard. The skin was awful on the chicken it was just awful. Won't go to that location again the one on 32nd Street and Thomas now they RIGHT on everything is hot supposed to be hot IS HOT N BREAD AINT HARD .

Ordered a 16-piece bucket, all dark, on election night. Website said 15-minutes, so we waited in our car. Go through drive-thru and they ask us to park in front. Another 20-minutes goes by, and my son goes in; they gave my order to someone else! They make an order for him, not all dark - found out when home. Coating was steamed off and soggy. Grease in bottom of the bucket - at least 4 tablespoons - so it wasn't drained at all. The chicken was tasty and what I was craving, but the experience put me off returning for a long while. Wholey disappointing! I didn't make a fuss because it was Tuesday, and at least I got a deal..

Oh my God customer service was for the freaking birds They are rude and very short and always on their cell phone and they told me it would be 5 minute wait and I looked at him and I said for what he goes for the mashed potatoes No I won't could not come to this place again and I'm telling you customer service sucked..

Place is always joke. The manager is rude asf they way she talks to people. Looks like she hasnât brushed her hair in weeks. And they never have food or are too lazy to make more. Mac n cheese. You can get as long as you go before 3pm. Night shift donât wanna make anything elseâs. Pot pies doesnât get made after 3pm. Everything they order they tell you itâs gonna be an hour wait.
Ask for sauce, and they forget and then get rude and snippy with you because they forget. The manager wouldnât even walk up to me to give me the sauce. She told the other employee here hand her this. đđđđ good thing yall donât work for tips. Your bills would not be paid.

The food was okay but they forgot parts of my order and the cherry bites were burned. Service was the worst part. Ladies behind the counter were lazy and unorganized. The only good part was the guy that was there, probably doing most of the work. Won't return to this location. Would rather go to a location further away.
