3rd time is a charm right? WRONG!!!!
I only go there for convenience and to give them a chance to straighten their act up because of shitty service the first two times I ordered from Thunderbird location.
Did an online order 3x to this location. It says it'll take 5-10 mins, but it always takes 30 mins or more. You stand by the counter and NO ONE pays attention to you.
This last visit with MUHAMMAD, topped it off with the most digusting service I ever received in the fast food industry. I asked his name and he didn't want to give it me, so I asked his co-worker who was on break on the way out.
At first MUHAMMAD gave me a dirty cup, so I politely asked for another one. He rinsed it out and gave it back to me. WTH?!?!?!?
I replied this not right and I want new cup, as he sped away.
I said excuse me, tried to get anyone's attention and again no one reacted.
So I resorted to yelling. A woman told him to just give her a new cup.
I was thinking it should've been a new cup from the beginning and what was so hard about it.
KFC are you trying to cut costs by being dirty and unsanitary with your customers?
To make this an even better review the man with 2 children was grumbling to his wife on his phone that he was waiting over 20 mins. No one paid attention to him either when he stood at the counter demanding an ETA on their family's dinner.
Food 3 stars, chicken was good, bread was hard.

Hello,
I recently placed an order, but it was incomplete. The order did not include ranch or ketchup for the chicken tenders, and there were no straws. I called the restaurant to ask about the missing items, but the woman who answered was very rude and hung up on me. I called back, but no one answered the phone.
This was very disappointing. I hope this issue can be addressed to avoid future problems.

This KFC is the best one I’ve been to so far in the area. The workers put in full effort to get the food to their customers, they’re extremely kind, customer service is the absolute best and they’re fast most of the time. 100% recommend!!!!

This KFC has a big enough drive-thru to pull out and leave ; when you definitely don't want to wait a whole long time just for your food and order

We ordered online on the KFC app. I arrived at the drive through and was told to pull around to the front while they finished making my order. I did and after about 15 min someone came out asking what we ordered. I told them they said that someone took our order but they would remake it and bring it out. I was fine with that no big deal stuff happens. But after another 20 min the manager comes out and tells me that she can't replace my order because of inventory and gave me a 1800 number to call saying that they should be able to help me. Well thank God I wasn't hungry ???? Because God forbid I actually get the food that I ordered and paid for. But because they were unable to keep the order safe I was denied my order due to inventory? Seriously? KFC you used to be worth every single cent of overpriced chicken. NOW I would rather get my chicken at the grocery store. I once again am so disappointed in the service I received. And ended up hungry and angry due to your inability to process an online order. Then to add a little salt to the gaping wound you let me sit in the parking lot for over 30 min to finally tell me 8 was not getting my order. You didn't even offer to allow me to pay for my order in cash and get refunded by the app later? Your customer service sucks and the owner should be ashamed. Solving problems is basically what a managers supposed to do.

The employees dont want to work and the girl making food has attitude should be fired immediately. Dirty tables no place clean to sit and the guy is making tons of mistakes listening to customers one of the worse places ive seen and the lady manager that can barely walk is gross how she handles the store

Got there at 9pm, one hour before close and they stopped cooking original chicken, tenders and nuggets which literally meant my family could not order anything we wanted. No wonder this location has a 3 star rating, horrible.

this was the worst kfc ive been too. I went to get a 26 piece family meal. the person taking my order was attentive up until the drink order. he had me repeat 3 times (when I rolled up I saw his boss talking to him) which was annoying. he did repeat my order correctly which is why im confused as to why I got the wrong food.
they did let me know if only having legs and thighs would be oke and the guy did have to see if they even had 16 pieces of chicken to give me. 6 pm and they are acting like they ran out of chicken is crazy.
I get my food after being told to pull around front as they are waiting on the sides after 10 minutes. I finally get home and my order is somewhat wrong. I asked for four mashed potatoes and gravy and one side of Mac and cheese. they gave me two mashed with no gravy, two Mac and cheese with fries.
after we got home with the new food, the chicken looked awful, it was dry and the skin was shredded and hanging off. the soda was flat, the Mac and cheese was cold and didn't taste good, the biscuits were hard and cold, the mashed potatoes were oke but not like they should be. everything was basically stale and olde.
after another 12 minute drive I go back to get my order right and in the process two other people came in with orders wrong. they ignored the gentleman next to me even though he called out to them several times.
I feel for the workers being young and they desperately need more training and team work skills but this place is completely incompetent to say the least. who ever runs this joint above the manager needs to go in and retrain everyone. no one was communicating with each other and quiet outside of the guy taking drive through orders and employees who had to talk to customers in the lobby.
while this place is closer to my home ill not be returning. this was certainly not worth 63$ and I'd love to talk to corporate or the franchise owner.
