Sat here for 25 minutes and my order was done behind the counter the entire time not once did they announce it or did they have it on the pick up counter at all? I’m tired of this place. Yay cold chicken.

Older Hispanic gentleman at the counter started taking bad about the delivery drivers. He started calling the drivers rats in Spanish (ratas). Totally unprofessional! I will be contacting KFC to explain my experience and hopefully something changes. I can also say this is not the first time he was very unprofessional, however, I feel this time he crossed the line.

First and last time. Thought I’ll give kfc a try! NOT! If there was a “0” star I would rate it at ZERO. Worse customer service ever. Cold food after waiting over an hour in store even with ordering on the app and still got the wrong order. Had to place the order again and got charged twice for the same order. Employees don’t care how long and how cold your food gets cause they don’t know what to do. They kept referring us to the manager that does not speak a ward of English and could not help at all. Two customers in front of us had issues and the for after us had issues. No one to talk or complain to since the manager did not speak a ward of English. The rest of the employees just ignored us and walked way. Shame on you kfc to hire a none bilingual speaking manager nor someone to translate in the store to run it. Just horrible

If you have any issues, I would avoid this store at all costs. I placed an order last night, not realizing the location was set for this store (I live an hour away from this location) an attempt to call them for 2 hours to cancel it. Not once was the phone answered, even today I've attempted to call multiple times shortly after they opened and still not one answer. A $30 family meal that I was unable to get because the people at the store refuse to even answer their phones, and from other comments about here, they apparently are not very fond of doing their job well in general. Take your business to another location or to a different chicken restaurant all together, do not shop from this location.

The service was excellent. The young woman explained that the chicken was being freshly prepared and let me know there would be a short wait, asking if I was okay with it. When the chicken came out fresh and hot, the gentleman brought it over and apologized again for the wait. The hot and spicy wings were absolute fire — just as impressive as their top-notch customer service. All brings my childhood memories back!

Went in 615 pm on a Saturday night , waited at counter 5 minutes, no one even acknowledged me ! One guy with the earphones, came up and gave( called ) out an order , and walked away . Never acknowledged me or the person that just came up to pick up order ( wanted something else ) So I just left , thats pretty bad service ! And worse yet , there was not a single car in drive thru at the time !

This is one of the worst locations. It’s insane because it looks so nice and clean inside but I would never sit and eat here. I placed a pickup order and the atmosphere of the place is god awful. The employees seem to absolutely hate their job and don’t want to be there. I was super polite and nice but the guy asking for my order number was incredibly rude. There was an older woman who was a paying customer that asked to use the restroom. It needed a code so she asked the employee for it and he told her super quick to the point she had it mixed up & he made a comment about how he wasn’t going to open it for her and laughed. I went over to help this poor older woman because she couldn’t get it open. How rude to treat the elderly like this! I will not be back to this location ever again. I’ve tried a few times to give them the benefit of the doubt and I am greatly disappointed every time. What a shame because the food is so good

On Friday afternoon, April 4th, I ordered Uber Eats from this place, and a small feather appeared on one of the pieces of chicken. Don't they check the products thoroughly before cooking? (The worst thing is that I almost swallowed it while chewing)

So after a little break, we decided to try this KFC location again. We recently moved away from this location because of the lack of staff friendliness. The previous employees were not happy!!! Well today we met Dory and wow!!!! So sweeet! So patient. So friendly! So attentive!! So good. This fresh of breath area is much needed!!! Dory has to be a true Arizonan. That friendliness and love was not forced - it was just shining thru! Great great hire KFC and about time!!! Thanks for the Arnold Palmer suggestion Dory ….. yummy!!!!
