The last several times that I have been into the Kneaders closest to us has been a bit disappointing. It seems like the items especially with pastries are either out or pretty picked over. The atmosphere is not quite what it used to be...the Boutique items in the front were always so fun to walk around and look at. There's not much there any more, even at the changing of the various seasons thus far. It was warm and inviting being inside and you kept wanting to go back and enjoy. The employees are good just not quite as personable as the ones that used to be there. I have sometimes wondered if our Kneaders has turned into an orphan child; it has definitely changed. Next time I'm out and about in the valley and near a Kneaders, I would like to drop in to see if theirs looks like ours. I was disappointed to write this but I'm grateful to have the opportunity to express these concerns.

I Always like to give people the benefit of doubt. My husband just came back from ordering from this location, he never complains about service bt this time he couldn’t help it. He pulled up to the drive thru where no one was in line, he was put on hold for while till someone came to assist him. Each question was answered rudely with an attitude. The avocado bacon sandwich & two salads were ordered. He was then told there was no avocado, ok my husband was ok with that. By the time he got to the window, he waited for another 20 min for the girl who was obviously on her phone or distracted. When she was ready, she came to tell him she has to charge $1.50 for the bacon. You make him wait in a fast food lane with no cars and to pay for bacon in an avocado bacon sandwich without the avocado? What a Straight joke. Saturday staff needs to do better. I’m more upset that my husband went there right after a long day of work just for this preggos & had to deal with this. Don’t go to this place!

I wasn't having the best morning and I all I wanted was a breakfast sandwich, but I arrived 3 minutes past the breakfast cut-off time. But, one of the staff, Selify, talked to the cooks or the manager and asked if they could still serve me and they said yes, even though I didn't even ask. That was very kind of her and my thanks go out to not only her but all the staff at that location!

Lawd they got the best carrot cake God ever created, ummm they Reuben sandwiches chile...ummmhmmmm delicious

The bread was good as expected but the food not so much. The staff is not very customer service like. I get they would rather be elsewhere but a job is a job and it is a customer service job. The Saturday crew could use some help all around! If your coming for the bread it's a decent place but other than that don't have your hopes up. The best thing about this place was the music while waiting.

Their patio tables need some attention. They were all dirty, and trying to eat outside.

I got the grilled cheese which had 3 layers but one of the layers had a tiny piece of cheese. The broccoli soup tasted old bit the bread tasted fresh. I got an iced tea and she gave it to me with no ice. When I asked if there was any ice in there she replied " no, that's why it's iced tea, it's already iced" ?? The other girl just handed me some ice. Disappointed in my visit today. ?

Delicious! Drive thru wait is a little long, but they made your food fresh to order so I don't mind. Every location I've been to has been great!

Wonderful customers service. We had the turkey sandwich so big and good. Also the lemon and raspberry is a must try the Oreo and peanut butter was good to.

We have ordered lunch here twice and both times at least one of our sandwiches were not sent and/or completely incorrect. When we called them the first time we had to drive over there to get the one we were missing. The second time they basically laughed at us, gave excuses and refused to replace the item. We are nurses working with elderly patients and are rarely unable to leave work to get lunch. Today was the last time we will order from Kneaders.

Love eating here. Recently tried the Pesto panini and it was SO delicious! It was a grown-up grilled cheese, with tomatoes, red onion, provolone cheese on a pesto butter toasted bread. It was juicy and delicious! I would recommend it highly! Wish they were open on Sundays though ?
